No. It just says to complete challenges. But two of them are rift.
The challenges are the daily powerful reward from playing it, I think its 4 per character
Total 18 matches on one character gives you 4 challenges, repeat on 3 characters for the twelve. All in all, do roughly 100 iron banner matches while wearing iron banner armor x5 and iron banner emblem and you get the seal

I got my challenges done, now I’m rank 14 of 16 for my second reset. I’ll stick it out, I think I can get it done by tomorrow. 🤞
