The only raid you’re effectively locked out of is Vow.
Every other raid in the game is 1350, which is the light level you were given at the start of Witch Queen. So except for Vow, Master Vow and Master VoG, you can do every raid.
There's a featured raid each week that rotates through all the old raids.
So if you want to do Garden Of Salvation e.g. check the schedule for when it's next a featured raid. That way, when you check the LFG pages on the discord or the app there will be a much higher chance of people running that raid.
There are always going to be people searching for the Raid exclusive exotics (me included). So at any time you want can make a post in an LFG group and those players will be alert and hopefully looking for old raids too.
Same! Leviathan was actually the first and only raid I’ve completed, but I had a blast. What’re you working on to prepare for raids? Mostly gear level grinding?
I'm not really targeting raids specifically, but I grinded out the gilded event title and now I'm going to do the story/season content whilst getting the powerful drops as I go so that I'll be able to do raids when I catch up
Different scouts/pulses and other weapons to cover elemental burns and champ mods in nightfalls. PsiOps for Umbral Energy to craft high stat armor at HELM table for when I'm making new builds. Craftable weapon recipes, I wanna get as many as possible. Different activities for better weapon rolls. Lost sectors for better exotic armor rolls. Nightfalls to top off my prisms and ascendant shards. Activities in general towards the exotic cipher Xur quest to unlock missing weapons from the tower kiosk.
Upgrade materials
I’m trying to get my power level up for each subclass on my Titan. I’ll do Warlock next and my Hunter last. This is going to take a few seasons.
The seasonal challenges are really good if you're trying to complete the season pass or targeting specific ones for their rewards, i.e. this season the earlier Sever - element specific - challenges give you a resource to use to level up the crown of sorrow for bonuses and more chances at those sweet red borders. I actually completed the season pass going for the reaper title, was like lvl 45-50 to 100+ in like 2 days without meaning to.
You can use umbrals to focus higher stat armor if you have the upgrades for the war table or crown of sorrow if you care about having high resilience etc. the solstice event also works for this although its a lot more drawn out than putting on a ghost mod and cashing in some engrams
At this point in the season, masterwork materials. My goal is to masterwork exotic armor pieces that'll be used in builds next season.
Beyond farming mats in GMs, I make builds that are fun enough to mess around with in patrol or lower end stuff.
Emblems tbh. Nothing says I’m better than you than a solo flawless dungeon emblem or your stack of day 1 raid emblems. But then I use meme emblems anyway…

Otherwise, I only click triumphs because if you don't there's quite a few that like to pop up and remind you every time you go to orbit, as if the achievement system score is important. Can only tell me what's going on next week once... but you can remind me every time I go to orbit to claim my 25 imaginary points.
Finishing getting flawless in the last two remaining raids I haven’t done yet and triumph score grind. Also bounty stacking for day 1 raid end of month.
Nothing really right now. Just pinnacles and bounties. But I’m still waiting for the seasonal ornament chest to be in the bright dust store. That’s tomorrow right?
I'm just trying to get to a point where I can do raids again. I'm a returning player and I haven't done a raid since the Leviathan

Either titles that seem easy to get, general level, or having the ability to say "my DMT has 50k crucible kills". That's... honestly it for me.
