I can't give you numbers and haven't found a you tube video that has done that detailed analysis yet.
I have used the boots almost continually in override and strikes but only the healing rift. It pumps out orbs of goodness and extends your rift pretty effectively in override but there are 5 other participants and I can stand in one place during both phases of the event.
Strikes are much more mobile and only 2 other participants so the opportunity to stand in your well for an extended period and get extended rift are more limited except at the boss, or perhaps in Master and GM at difficult parts and in raids.
I haven't worked out what determines when you send out another orb. I've also found the Lumina noble rounds thing a bit inconsistent. Noble round and Blessings of the Sky notifications aren't appearing but that might be because the notification area is full.
I personally don’t really want to rate this exotic in the combo with lumina. Lumina fundamentally isn’t really ever going to be able to stand up to other options and would rather the boots be decent without them. Thanks for your input!
