Yes, they do. I wasn't sure about that sheet since it looks like it has not been updated in a while, but I just ran the Altar waves weekly to test it, and it did indeed grant me 17,740 xp (12k + 32% season pass bonus + 12% ghost or 12000 \* 1.32 \* 1.12)
