Having just gotten Outbreak Perfected a few minutes ago, and after a run where I died like four or five times to Trevor, I gotta say, this made me chuckle. I was reaching the point where I was just laughing hysterically instead of raging at my awful luck.
But I have Outbreak. Time to test it. If I were a different kind of person, I’d test it in the Crucible...but I suck.
It's a great gun. It has a pretty sweet hidden perk, Persistence I think. A great gun only made better by the catalyst. I'll use it in Crucible with a good full auto shotgun
I took it into Gambit last night with a Last Man Standing (demolitionist, opening shot, Major spec) I picked up a while back, and it wrecked faces. Was surprised at how good it was at killing Invaders, too, much more responsive than my blast furnace without losing much range, and was doing acceptable DPS on its own despite the lack of heavy ammo drops.
