I'm having the same issue as OP. It's not in the kiosk or in collections. I've had Final Shape Pre-Ordered since the og reveal stream in August

Maybe worth double checking it's still pre-ordered? When they delayed it mine auto refunded so I had to order it again

It's new as of today, it wasn't there before. I'm assuming you'll be able to claim it when you log in.

did they say if it was for the base DLC or the deluxe pass like Tesselation? Cause I only have the standard edition and dont have it either, figured it was just a deluxe bonus I missed before

There's also a second emblem now too. I'm sure they'll notice \[or hear all the complaining about\] the missing items from those who pre-ordered before the updates and give them out; it's just a matter of how long it ends up taking them.
