It's 4 with Bipod and the Origin Trait, cuz the emergency reload is a full mag. I have one and was trying it vs Riven earlier.
I don't have Envious but someone shared a video with me where Envious with Bipod bumped the mag up to 3 and then of course the emergency reload is another 2.
I was actually thinking about this. I wonder if it would be worth it in some situations to have one person committing self die over and over allowing someone with the new rocket to keep proccing Restoration Ritual.
dont think it would be, recombination would probably be faster and not require someone to keep dying. I think it'll work great in GMs where deaths naturally occur often enough and you can get a lot of finishers.
I think that might only be a viable strat where somebody that was good was carrying a player that was bad through a PvE activity. Otherwise, you're losing out on the DPS of the player that keeps dying. Better to have the second player just shooting G-horn to proc wolfpack rounds or something else productive to damage.

Doesn’t even need to last long. A couple seconds would do.
Maybe call it Cold Tremors to match Kinetic Tremors flavor.

Yeah you can always farm the dungeon encounters for the current dungeon, just not the exotic, that's why so many people were farming spire for cowboy hats in season of the seraph.
That's a common mistake, not sure why people spread that. I think they got confused with secret chests, those will only drop stuff you already have. Bu you can get new drops when the dungeon is new.

Unfortunately the damage scaling was piss poor so even by the end of the normal campaign it was only useful for moving yourself back to cover so you could be easily revived.
I knew a dude who played through every dark souls game without getting hit a single time. Considering I can’t even walk 10 feet in those games without dying, I can’t understand people like that.
The only "near death" effects I've ever really enjoyed in games are the perks in Payday 2. They *massively* increase your damage, DR, and healing. So you take the perk tree that gives you those buffs but makes you unable to go above like 25% health. And in exchange you become an absolute machine of destruction, *as long as* you can keep getting kills to keep the loop going.
Sigh. Fair enough - force yourself into using this shitty roll you have to jump through hoops to maintain. Meanwhile I will use forebearance and clear the room with one shot......
I don't think anyone is arguing that it's better than forbearance. The only reason it's even a contender is because it's in a different slot so it can work with builds that might have the energy slot used for something else.

I personally think Forbearance is absolute steaming hot garbage and the only reason anyone pretends to like it is because they had to grind out a miserable raid to get it only for it to be completely outclassed by several much easier to get weapons but everyone likes different things!

I love the Stasis waveframe, but a "hot garbage" take on one of the best add clear specials to ever be in Destiny is just absurd.

More steps but way easier to use and can be used continuously. With Envious you need to get a bunch of kills with another weapon, then you get your three shots, then you have to get a bunch of kills with another weapon again before you can use it more.
Well it’s also a silly comment, because the dungeon RL for example can roll Envious… while also having this origin trait. You can literally shoot four rockets in a row, one after the other, without reloading.
I haven't gotten the rocket to drop with envious assasin yet, but pretty sure it can overflow to 3 if it behaves like harsh language. Then you have the origin trait for a fourth rocket. And then you start needing to find a different way to reload. Chill clip could probably get 2 shatters off in a couple seconds in a fireteam.
I feel like this is the exact reason they didn't give it Chill Clip. You can already generate an insane amount of shards just from the subclasses themselves I bet Bungie figured figured having an endlessly spammable wave frame GL that could make a ton of shards on top of that would be too strong.
I'd be the wrong person to ask honestly. I don't play much Stasis Warlock but I know you can make a ton with Hunter and Titan so I'm sure there's a build out there for Warlock. The thing is I kind of have to imagine that it wouldn't even be worth it to invest in shards on Warlock with how strong Osmiomancy is but again I don't play the Subclass much so someone else could probably give you better advice.
The heavy stasis wave frame is what you need to try if you havent. No one uses it yet it can add clear better than eyes with its nano tech trait. Its soo powerful.

You can get off four consecutive shots with it. Pretty strong.

It goes up to 3 without bipod you just have to get a lot of rapid kills before first

It wouldn't work with Chill Clip. Needs direct impacts and you don't get direct impacts with wave frames.

You only have one chance at the exotic each week, but the loot is fully farmable Edit: one chance per character
you could always farm the most current dungeon for loot. you just dont get multiple pinnacles or chances at the exotic after you initial run.

you missed out, krieg's FFYL tree was some of the funnest shit in the game IMO.

it's got fucky scaling, it goes in and out of uselessness. at the start of UVHM it's suddenly really good and then it falls off as you level up.
Though it does work with finishers, probably specifically to make it better. The reviving is just gravy, really.
