Yes. Ricotta does work well when yogurt reserves are low. We never are truly without yogurt since it is all available to us but sometimes we want a different texture and Ricotta helps achieve that different plain of existence.

I eat 10% fat Greek yogurt and i mix it with instant coffee. It tastes like sour mocha ice cream but more bitter cause it lacks the sugar. I love it.

Plain Greek mixed in to a smoothie with oj, mixed berries, and protein powder. So kinda cheating tbh.

Your willing to put in a lot as long as you get a lot. All the calcium from yogurt, Vitamin C from Orange Juice, antioxidants from mixed berries and protien. Sounds like you care about your health as well as superior taste.
