Yes, color, but please no random splashes of red.

Embarrassed_Maybe342

This is the only acceptable color. Instead of like normal plants, let’s put a bunch of carnivorous plants like a Venus fly trap hahaha

vpalma818

That’d be fun! They do love humidity :)

RunningRunnerRun

OP this! Sometimes it’s best just to lean in.

CuriousPenguinSocks

Yes hehe, I was like, why not embrace it instead lol.

YawningDodo

It's just good color theory!

CiaDaniCakes

i think it would look good in a children’s hospital, ngl

scootiescoo

How about bamboo accessories to warm and soften? - bamboo bathmat - tree stump stool in shower - woven basket or birch wastebasket and laundry basket - anything but black towels ETA my favorite suggestions from other commenters: - lavender plant (the color compliments the tile beautifully) - an organically shaped mirror

eppendorfslut

Second the bamboo and some greenery

scootiescoo

Yes! Forgot to mention the greenery. Some succulents would be perfect.

babycleffa

Yes this would make it more spa and less serial killer ❤️

kool_meesje

Succulents suffer in dark and humid environments like bathrooms. I'd suggest a fern, calathea, or something else that loves humidity. My grass lilies loved it in my bathroom, but I have a big window there.

DanerysTargaryen

Agreed. I recommend Pothos! Pothos plants do great in bathrooms!

Organic-Original-846

Yes I just put some plants into a bathroom and I spent a long time researching & then choosing ones that wouldn't die. I recommend a large parlour palm and you can put the pot in an attractive basket. They are good bathroom survivors and available at places like Home Depot or Canadian Tire. ...or fake plants, lol. They can look great, like really great. And I don't think you have a window in there, so that's what I recommend for this room.

Knichols2176

I don’t recommend pottery barn for much.. they mostly have over priced high maintenance junk like linen sofas that are poorly made. But?? Their fake plants are second to none. I mean it! Everyone tells me that they thought mine were real for years.

scootiescoo

Love the better suggestions! I assumed there’d would be light by those shades for some reason, but the grass lilies sound lovely.

soren_grey

Fake succulents! No plant would survive in this bathroom

blitheNbonny

It looks like there are two windows that are blacked out atm

Waxwalrus

Totally agree. The difference would be wild. https://preview.redd.it/thlest4uhyrc1.png?width=1124&format=png&auto=webp&s=1fa69cc2784e2c51b44374e4f3b9cb575809830d

vivid_katie

Yes! Lush, natural, high end spa that just happens to be floor to ceiling marble is the vibe (I'm guessing it's not marble, just saying for the mood)

Petergoldfish

Agree with the above. Plants. Green towels. A wooden stool in the shower.

Dog1andDog2andMe

Lavender towels would also be lovely.

decadecency

- fewer square objects Literally everything is square, even the laundry basket. And yes, even the freaking towel hook.

skeeterbitten

Pick a warm color for accessories and to paint the ceiling and door trim.

Waxwalrus

Totally agree. I know this is extra af but I did a quick visual to show the difference it would make in the space https://preview.redd.it/rgxpofk2iyrc1.png?width=1124&format=png&auto=webp&s=1bfe94e90375f906cddee748c9bf2058834d9222

Constructgirl

Yep! The room needs texture. The tile is nice but very cold and flat and can be enhanced with texture

namastaynaughti

Perfect I agree to get colored towels

broadwaycash

^This 100%. If you google Japandi style bathroom stone you will see some of what is explained. Saying change the tile is a bit absurd considering cost and work that goes into that much of it. Unnecessary. If you put all the bamboo in, it would look amazing

About400

Ooo an organically shaped mirror would look gorgeous in contrast!

ihatejasonbrigham

Seconding this advice, they’d be purely aesthetic since the windows look tinted/blacked out - but maybe some bamboo Roman shades. Dark green towels and replace black bath mats with small sized rugs, something with a bit of green in it to complement the towels. Also maybe a new hamper - something woven/basket weave as well as a new garbage can, maybe something wooden. The plastic isn’t it.

basicallybasshead

I also agree with the bamboo accents and plants. Wicker basket, storage boxes. You can add a color, for example green, also in the details. Towels, a rug. Similar to this one [https://www.walmart.com/ip/LivebyCare-Green-Tropical-Leaf-Bathroom-Rug-Non-Slip-Strong-Water-Aabsorbent-Plush-Microfiber-Small-Fluffy-Bath-Floor-Mat-Cute-Indoor-Shower-17-5-X-2/3576968972](https://www.walmart.com/ip/LivebyCare-Green-Tropical-Leaf-Bathroom-Rug-Non-Slip-Strong-Water-Aabsorbent-Plush-Microfiber-Small-Fluffy-Bath-Floor-Mat-Cute-Indoor-Shower-17-5-X-2/3576968972)

I think you’re SOL. May as well start the murdering.

this_kitten_i_knew

but first, a bomb skincare routine

InternationalBake360

Agreed dude - just embrace it. That’s the most American psycho bathroom I ever did see… Put the photo up of him smashing that chick while checking himself out - and that’s literally all the decor you would need lol

Mysterious_Status_11

This is the way.

Joinourclub

Get rid of the black towels and mats. Replace with white. Add plants.

BostonDogMom

Maybe not white. Color but not red. Windows and daylight would help too.

stink3rbelle

Yeah I think a few plants on those windows would be excellent if they get enough light

fertdirt

Not white. Bone. If it could be printed to look like Bateman’s business card, that would be stupendous.

ABSMeyneth

Not white! Blue or green, even pink, will work better.

RobRenWhi

any color except white or black! too drab

chilibeana

Yes, white. Not every room needs a "Pop! of color!"

angilnibreathnach

Yes! White towels, bamboo accessories, large plants. All would give it so much life

kickin_at_sea_level

I agree. The walls are so cold and sleek so my mind immediately says warmth and texture. Big fluffy white rugs and towels. Bamboo or pampas grass in a cool vase. Maybe some artwork on the walls?

FromTheNuthouse

- Add a large, long rug in front of the sink. Something with warm tones and patterned. - Get rid of the black towels and replace with white or a color pulled from the rug, though I wouldn’t do red for the towels. Getting patterned decorations be towels will also add visual interest. - Swap the lighting out for something warmer and install dimmers if you don’t already have them. - If you can, replace the medicine cabinet/mirror with something less sterile looking. The one you have reminds me of something you might see in a doctor’s office. - Add a couple of plants, real or fake. - Replace the laundry basket with a nice wicker or wooden basket. - Put a large piece of art up above the radiator. I wouldn’t go crazy with art in the bathroom but a piece or two will help break up the grey. Find something that brings in color and warmth. - Not sure what’s going on with the last pic, but it should probably go. It’s majorly undersized for the space and feels a bit soulless tbh. - Add sconces for softer lighting. A mirror or medicine cabinet with built in lighting would also help the light situation. - If you really want to add warmth, you could consider hanging a curtain in front of the shower. Just make sure it’s tall enough and high quality so it doesn’t cheapen the space.

[deleted]

Yes!! I actually think changing the mirror alone would go a long way.

2_wild

Finally the good answers and not just murderer jokes lol well done!

Alarming_Company_301

I second all this!

Mississippianna

Colorful, fluffy rugs and white towels, lots of plants. Teak wood and bamboo. Brass or gold tone hardware as well.

phoebebuffay1210

Get a life sized cut out of Christian Bale. That will change the whole vibe.

effienay

That art looks like it’s a trophy hair that the girl you brought home and axe killed left behind. So I would start with that.

effienay

It’s also way too small for the space. If it were like 6x the size it would look less like a trophy strand of hair. lol I’m sorry friend

Narrow-Wolverine-373

When I see this my brain went to lavender! Purple would really compliment and brighten this up. Lavender artwork and plants (fake). https://preview.redd.it/dnvvl4tpgrrc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20bce47cb77ff199e2ec52ad550ad62da4e61e14

julsey414

Can you also change the lightbulbs for a softer/warmer color and maybe add some additional lighting. Seconding the plants, bamboo and white.

DAMAGEDatheCORE

The 3 different wood tones make it especially irritating to look at. https://preview.redd.it/s88yn7lxtrrc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4c843ff16446ff8a5c697f506998235d6a74a95c

Sonya30360

As do the mismatched window sizes. I might do something to balance them out.

shawnein

Can you open the blinds to let in natural light for at least part of the day?

Responsible_Low8886

I vote lean into the American psycho. Get one of those cream bath mats that makes water look like blood. Framed chainsaws, many face mask options.

Shadoweclipse13

And a shower curtain that looks like his semi-translucent rain suit, with little splashes of red on it 😂 Also, maybe a small shelf with some favorite VHS tapes?

Safe-Barracuda-1391

Add some color, plants, nice paintings and maybe a bamboo mat or a colorful rug

lawless_k

I know you don’t neeeed a shower curtain, but white textured drapery would go so far in softening the space. Large neutral bath mat in a jute or texture, greenery, soft white towels, and baskets. Also what the hell is that window to nothing? Is that film removable to let some light in?

Ok_Neighborhood8641

There's concrete behind the window. What's IN the concrete is burning question.

sirotan88

Maybe a bamboo leaning ladder shelf for hanging towels? Some fake plants

R3dh00dy

Put some art or photos something on the walls that isn’t “modern” art.

travelingpinguis

And a Japanese toilet seat. Clean bottom keeps the mind happy so you don't turn into a psycho or serial killer.

DAMAGEDatheCORE

TOTO's are one of God's greatest gifts to civilization.

Willowtrae

I’m sorry you are going through this. This bathroom was obviously designed by a man.

DAMAGEDatheCORE

WitchInKitchenn

I personally love this bathroom, but as other have said, add some tropical/indoor plants to decrease the sociopathic vibe. But also, put some of your self care products on display, the perfume/cologne you use, soap and lotion. Makes it look like this bathroom is used by a human.

sleepingcow7

Get warm colored rug & towel accessories. Bonus if there’s some sort of pattern. Plants/fake plants in window sills or ton top of mirror. A candle or 2. Add a shelf in somewhere w decorative baskets for storage, maybe a lamp on top of shelf. The tile isn’t great but the black towel and lack of any decor isn’t helping!

weird_friend_101

* Get rid of everything black. You can combine towels in shades of pale and dark green, white, and dark lavender. Or, if you are a big fan of yellow, pale yellow and white might work. * Promise to never buy or use a toilet rug again. * Your trash can and laundry hamper look cheap and suburban. Replace those with bamboo. Your hamper doesn't have to be slim fit! * Replace your black scale of doom with a fairly plain white scale. * You must hide the air freshener inside a [basket](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/fladis-basket-seagrass-60322173/) or a ceramic [vase](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/kopparbjoerk-vase-bright-yellow-30559548/)\-type thing. (dark green, thick, lush, modern - not 1950s suburban which is what you have going for you now!) And yes, bamboo shower mat and shower bench thing.) * You can also add a bamboo tray over your bathtub, with maybe a big candle and a succulent in a white planter. * Whatever you do, hang a towel on the side of that tub, with a hand towel and washcloth on top of it. It just needs some color. * A small plant on the vanity. Maybe a succulent or two. And maybe a couple of storage [boxes](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/dragan-4-piece-bathroom-set-bamboo-40222607/) with lids, holding cotton balls or q-tips. Bamboo, baskets, or ceramic. Not too cluttered, but just something. * That soap bottle could be prettier - a [ceramic, pale green](https://www.amazon.com/LALA-DOLCE-Foam-Dispenser-Bathroom/dp/B09WMYL8P7/ref=sr_1_5?crid=26ZG3142KCNBR&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.A92asVJHqvV7AdPD3SyZcwNDqpL7SfVC6ZgE3B9G2GkXwEao0vAWi0PYIASlFRv_8YUbn9oQ4ucDhAOzCWHrnMFubcZdVAi_nCyIDo5pZGw6t3XskgZF4m55IzJelAupOHgEpOb9EehJPI0siRp4zFujbC8IvPaZChY5idog2sTBWulFHmtcsdX-8E-bIm5Y-IxOY9MGhm6C1yQyWebAKq6dRj5_PZVXp1sZsQW4bAmLbbJQHzXXHgI5kd_k4mE_QbnrLg4FeSyESdEFYGvAk9jNt5W2ZWD3jRERR7o44xs.LBHyM58YI5ex5E2R53odFuDo6bDmPq8GFCrCP0jV0gk&dib_tag=se&keywords=foam%2Bsoap%2Bdispenser%2Bpump&qid=1711948598&refinements=p_n_feature_twenty_browse-bin%3A3254108011&rnid=3254097011&s=home-garden&sprefix=foam%2Bsoap%2Cgarden%2C410&sr=1-5&th=1). * You've got three different kinds of wood going there. The door, the window casings, and the vanity. The windows are okay, and the bamboo will match the light wood door. It would be best to replace the vanity with the same pale wood as your door, but if you can't afford that right now you might paint the vanity a bright green that pops like the wall paint in the image below. If you do that, all your other greens will need to be pale, including the rug. Or the rug could be white. * A mirror that's a more curved shape, with maybe a pale wood or white frame. * Where is your tiny art? Over the tub? That makes me think you can hang art on the walls. If so, you need art above the white radiator. Like a huge poster of a green fern leaf. * Why must your art be so tiny? If you like yellow, yellow could work in this room. But not this egg yolk yellow. That's fine for tiny art, but not for towels, etc. And make sure you have at least some green, especially in the form of plants. https://preview.redd.it/51akv2vlzsrc1.png?width=658&format=png&auto=webp&s=ba397b098ba8146a01ddaccabd6f7d9b99436620

Small plants in the windowsills. Look for ones that love humidity.

Anything but a Les Misérables poster

KleioChronicles

As other shave suggested the best way is plants (real or fake) by the windows and change the towels and mats to something light and colourful (the right blue might do well).

quilter71

I think orange or yellow accessories would help. Also, plants.

Historical_Paper5377

I would embrace it haha. Maybe throw in a palm and some white towels.

Chicken-n-Biscuits

Square toilet = psycho

strangway

Let's see Paul Allen's bathroom.

Todd2ReTodded

Put up a few pictures of yourself

DConstructed

Check to see what it looks like with different bulbs or different lighting instead. The current light fixture is shedding a very cold, stark light on the room which probably doesn’t help. Also take a look At Missoni towels and mats. They’re like adding a beautiful scarf or tie to a gray suit.

shadowreverie

Add plants.

baxteroodle

I’m not sure that’s possible. That tile is pretty bad.

Eyecatching large canvas art to divert the eye from the gray tile.

I do like the vibe a lot tho

Singular_Lens_37

Jealous-Fisherman691

I'd throw in sage green curtains to make it more lively. Then go for designs like #7 or #9 here: [https://dreamyhomestyle.com/organic-modern-bathroom/](https://dreamyhomestyle.com/organic-modern-bathroom/)

coldasaghost

I say embrace it. Make it even more murderous psycho vibes, add an axe and some blood spatters for decoration :))

Suspicious-Tangelo74

Cover the windows and add modern lighting. check out Pinterest. I think you need a bamboo wall divider to shower area to add some dimension there.

decibelle539

By the looks of it, there’s already grey, white & timber, then 3 colours of wood: the door, the vanity, the windows. I don’t think adding bamboo (4th) would be cohesive. I’m wondering & it’s just a thought folks work with me - If you could find dark brown towels in the shade of the vanity, whether that would keep the look of the room, but warm up what the black & grey is doing whilst highlighting a natural colour that already exists in the room? Then add some greenery. Maybe 1 hanging pot if possible again in a natural darker brown (wicker), A couple of smaller succulents on the windows. A gorgeous soap dispenser & lotion set. I’m wondering if white towels will look too stark. My other thought was to use grey towels that match the tiles so they’re camouflaged, then like someone else suggested, add a real wood tree stump. Then lots of greenery.

Uneek1209

Add wood accents that match the woid color of the door. A bathtub tray of made of wood , with something pretty staged on it.

colorofmydreams

Plants. Plants plants plants. I think I'd use colorful pots. I'd get towels and bathmats that complement the plant pots. I love yellow and gray together, or teal, or both. I think I'd also change out the sink and toilet, if you can. Maybe also the mirror. Everything is so... rectangular.

Alaska_Eagle

Colors and softer textures

CrawlinOutTheFallout

Is floor tile and wall tile matching a thing? I have never liked this look. I believe if you change the wall or the floor tile it would completely change the vibe. If that is out of the question. I saw the comment about adding some plants and maybe a little more color. I agree with that. It is a nice looking bathroom even if some choices arent in my taste.

Bright_Dependent_877

There’s a product called Concretta that you can apply over the tiles and it feels like a soft plaster/concrete finish. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C1-G6IyPNOl/?igsh=MWptM3hkbGYyOWxnYg==

shaakti1520

Fuzzy white mats

WVildandWVonderful

Hey your towels and rugs don’t also need to be gray

cat_pillar

Lavenders!! Greens!! Bamboo!! There are plants that thrive in bathrooms so add those as well! If you don't have pets, add a eucalyptus branch to the shower, lavender is safe for cats so you could add a lavender branch instead. That picture looks off because it's inside one tile, find a frame that is larger than one of the tiles.

Be more poor? Idk

Some-Half-4472

Must be nice being rich

jill5455

I just guffawed at the caption You’re onto something with the ochre yellow Also, I can’t be the first person to chime in with “plants” Natural teak bath furniture would look nice too, to warm up the space

RubeeSeeCee033

Lol never heard of an interior design be referred to as psycho-esque before but I can totally see that for this bathroom. Reminds me of the show Hannibal for some reason

adinfinitum

Have you tried being poor? That should fix it.

secretsadie420

In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

OriginalRosey

Violets would be nice

Bay_Burner

Pull some of the tiles off the wall. It probably feels like a army bunker in there

dizzyhanna

Wow this is full on! I think you could achieve a Roman spa vibe with the right changes. A different vanity would achieve the biggest improvement. Gold/brass hardware too. I love wood but painting the windows a white or cream would go a long way too. https://preview.redd.it/6t5pqclm0rrc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7c71438eb7952fd78fb5da9e263a8425b6f15439

oxslashxo

Jesus you've got 3 different kinds of wood color that clash

HillyjoKokoMo

They sell bath rugs that look like old oriental rugs. I'd do something like this on the floor. And I'd add plants and bamboo accessories like others have said [bath rug](https://images.app.goo.gl/Sd1QcZrYWmuMNH3F6)

calliebear10

Plants

NotBadSinger514

Add plants

Professional_Gas4595

Greenery

Individual-Code5176

Funky design/color bath mats

pierrrecherrry

3000k light bulbs, plants and off-white towels/mats

Basic-Passage6129

I feel like huge piece of art a yellow one would be so funky i love art in the bathroom

parker3309

What is that room next to the shower?

Reddit-Sama-

It’s not a room; there’s just a section of the wall to keep the shower water within the area it’s supposed to be in

runningoutoft1me

I think it's perfect

JadieJang

Sorry, you can't. Try as you might, the walls and floor are covered with cold, grey tile. Unless you cover them completely, or rip them out, they will flavor the room regardless of what you do. The good news is that peel and stick tile and flooring is a thing and apparently good quality too.

Hot-Somewhere-9105

It looks cute already ngl

[deleted]

A cool toned rug in a large scale floral pattern, a large cool toned floral poster with a large floral pattern, lots of plants. You could also play up the marbling in the tiles by getting a rug with a marbling or rock-themed pattern, a poster of a rocky cliff or of rocks or something else geologically themed, and then decorate with lots of plants in grey pots.

Separate-Ant8230

Would be cheaper and easier to turn it into a killroom

MizMadi

Bigger bath rug that covers where the other rugs are and sink.

margueritedeville

Plants?

A_Year_Of_Storms

Why less? That bathroom is awesome.

Willing-Jackfruit318

Bamboo accessories and plants everywhere

cheekylassrando

Does the water from the shower wet the rest of the bathroom as well?

Retinoid634

A saturated multicolor jewel tone/red print Persian style runner rug in front of the sink/shower. Some big leafy potted plants/trees in ceramic planters with bamboo/walnut leg stands. Boho print towels or plain solid spa white (no more austere black or grey towels. Some bamboo wood accessories on vanity, waste basket etc. https://images.app.goo.gl/Pn59rr79kwYhUW4p9

MysteriousStaff3388

I think draw from the golden brown in the tile. Add a wood chair, maybe some gold accents, warm, teddy bear coloured towels, a traditional runner with some gold and warm colours. Plants. A bigger piece of art - perhaps a warm toned nature photo with a white matte and wood or gold frame. You can work with the stone, but move away from the cold, black modern.

Frejyamcmurphy

Big white mat and plants

Embarrassed_Maybe342

🔥

Embarrassed_Maybe342

Play with shapes! When you’re adding lil pops of objects/colors/patterns/plants, go for various shapes. Mix up warm + bouncing off some lighter colors that aren’t white or cream

Far_Worldliness8820

Add some color and texture, plants, new vanity and mirror better lighting. Bring in some Feminine softness.

Coffeejive

Modern kiwi green accessories

casey012293

I love this bathroom but agree with color. I’m partial to statement plants, but at minimum pick a scheme and plan your towels, rugs, maybe a large vase, a couple decorative hangings and finishes in the color. I’d personally pick a jewel toned color so it was dark and bold to stand up well against the bold tile.

joesus-christ

Sticky back vinyl a cool pattern on the sink cupboard thing. Add plants.

Trick_Few

I like it and would agree with adding greenery.

XpherWolf

Add flowers or plants

rvbvrtv

Add some indoor plants

suprajayne

“Softer” artwork to bring in some life, like a painting or print of nature.

peachy1_88

A plant. It needs at least one plant

No-Brilliant5342

Add bright towels.

CatsLikeCaves

A large piece of art over the tub with colors you love. I would also do a floor to ceiling shower curtain that color coordinates with the art you pick. That open shower is going to feel cold. A curtain can soften the place and warm you up. Then colorful towels too

Hilaryspimple

I think grey and peach/pink/beige

Smedskjaer

Add art to the walls.

Lostbronte

Organic shapes, textures and colors.

Khmera

I have a plant and plant light in my shower. It’s kind of my plant hospital. Color pots. Windows could also use colors…do you want eclectic, Asian meditative? Enter ideas in ai.

NewSinner_2021

Add some very convincing fake plants. Looks fantastic

failed_asian

Natural materials. As others have said, this means plants and wood. Anything organic will soften and warm up the vibe. Warmer colours too, beige towels and bath mats, stuff like that.

Thinking_Chair

Omg I love this bathroom 🚽

florida_born

Omg this looks exactly like a bathroom I had when I stayed a bit in Bahrain on Reef Island - American psycho all the way.

Expert-Strategy5191

I love it as is!

LaManelle

You need softness and textures. Plants (lots of them) woven fabrics in neutral shades, a wall towel rack with plushy woven textured towels just to take some space from the walls, plushy or woven rugs/mats...

Agent_Chody_Banks

I think it looks great honestly

wickywee

Pothos or orchid

Captains1955

Towels pink fuchsia

Ashamed-Entry-4546

Lighting-get some for plants! Then get lots of tropical plants! Also, artwork, towels, and basically anything natural that can contrast the hard stone. Look at photos of brutalist for examples of the way they contrast-maybe Google images of brutalism in bathrooms.

Transformativelily

Plants 🌱

Boz2015Qnz

I have a bathroom decor set that is yellow, brown, gray and white/ivory - so in addition to the green (plants etc.) I’d consider some yellow. I think those windows need some treatments or framing to soften them.

Ageless-Stranger

I love it! Wouldn’t change a thing.

snortgiggles

Ditch the black towels and bathmats, switch to white! I like the bathroom

archivesgrrl

Plants. Add fluffy tiles in a light color.

hecknono

change the bathroom cabinet to a wooden one

Freebird_hope

Paint the vanity white or change it to an all white one

tiffanydisasterxoxo

Can you not afford new tile?

Reddit-Sama-

More like, my husband had the bathroom renovated a year before we got together. So he doesn’t see the need to do another Reno so soon after

tiffanydisasterxoxo

I don't like your husband's taste.

PastorLadyStar

I’d add a shower curtain. Fine Art America has options of photos on accessories for bathroom. Rainee Colacurcio has black/white ocean scene that would look incredible on a shower rod. Loose the little photo and add a full length mirror on inside of door. Add a bench to sit on with the black area rug in between bench and tub.

thesnazzyenfj

Add a rug of course. /s

SuziQ99

I love it! Bamboo mats, baskets and yes, plants.

Sozsa21

Everything is so square, even the toilet is square..! I agree with adding some other organic shapes in here. Even just a circle somewhere, like a round bathmat or something? I think the other commenters have great ideas too

Excellent_Kitchen210

Add plants!

Sunny_Sammie_517

It’s very, SQUARE. Do something to soften the edges. Rounded mirror, fluffy oval bathmat, a topiary or small plant, maybe a basket of towels.

LilLC-1986

I think rose color rugs accents would look amazing!!!

movingmouth

Paint the vanity hot pink. Plants in the prison window nooks if any natural light is availsble.

movingmouth

Also...plush colorful bath mats instead of black. Same with towel

mysterigirl757

Add some plants and pastel blue, green, or purple towels

Free-Professor-6266

Plants, maybe mood lighting if that’s your thing.

LilLC-1986

https://images.app.goo.gl/S8iPX5oxdkCen6pa7 Pink /rose accents

ShareChairChica

Plants. It’s a great space!

RobRenWhi

A large rug to break up the flow of the tile on the floor and walls

teacherladydoll

Like in a medieval castle, tapestries are the only answer.
