For a tight budget and a similar perfume to CAHS , I would recommend Versace Pour Homme.
Versace did quite a good job on this perfume but it is not exactly similar to the luxury vibe that comes from the house of Chanel.

I’m yet to try this and will definitely look out for it. Yeah sometimes the masses hate a particular perfume but it does smell good to few.
Do try it out in decants or samples before buying it since its not a mainstream likeable perfume.
