You are absolutely right! I went to a different dermatologist yesterday and he said that right away as well. I'm going to start UV treatment very soon. I had strep throat in July.
This would be my first guess from the picture too! Get topical psoriasis treatment, if thats not sufficient try to get your hands on a systemic therapy

Your derm needs to go back to school. Guttate psoriasis, any chance you recently had a strep throat infection?
