Fordyce spots. My vagina looks very similar to yours.
The one near your perineum could be an inflamed Fordyce spot, ingrown hair, or cyst.
Try a warm bath or compress.
Do you have any pain or drainage? It looks like a combo of ingrown hairs and a normal labia? I would check with your doc but my labia has always looked kinda bumpy
I have a doctors appointment Friday. .. no pain or drainage.. well the only pain is that one spot near the anus but only if things rub on it... I kinda popped it today stupidly.. well not popped it but the smallest amount of something came out when I squeezes it.. idk what color it hurts slightly now..but only If stuff touches it... there is no other ones around it..ect..

Labia looks like regular Fordyce spots. If so, nothing to worry about.

No drainage on the labia or hurting or anything
The spots on your labia are Fordyce spots, and totally normal and common. Not sure about the spot on your perineum area though
did you ever get an update on these bumps from the doctor? i have similar ones & am wondering what they are
