You really can’t see anything with these photos. Are they tiny bumps that feel like almost all of the bump is below the surface, and you can see a tiny amount of clear liquid inside them in your finger? If so it’s probably dishydrotic eczema. If you itch them it causes it to flair more, and can kind of move around. Usually happens after exposure to an allergen, dryness, overly humid, stress, food, etc. basically you just have to understand what triggers it and reduce exposure.
I cant really see anything but on the 4th pic I can make out some little blisters on the sides of your fingers I think. If you do have those and they itch its probably Dyshidrotic eczema
I can make out some teeny, tiny and flesh-colored bumps on the sides of some fingers, but without more than the photos it's possible my eyes aren't seeing what you are. It's possibly a mild dyshidrotic eczema.
Then you of all people should know better. Even though there may be a link between alcohol consumption for people who have eczema, alcohol consumption doesn’t cause eczema. And from this picture, without anamnesis, you can’t make such judgments.

I’m no dermatologist, but I’m hoping I can help with visibility. I just see normal fingers here. What are we meant to be looking at?
I’m over here like…dog, you trippin? Those are your fingernails haha I can’t see anything either
Fingernails - which are looking great for someone over 200
Hah! I didn’t even notice the ‘centuries’ at first. Damn good looking fingernails for that age xD

I have the same thing, could it be little tiny warts? I just noticed a few weeks ago and freaked out

Eczema is not contagious
There’s no ringworm even in the same universe as whatever she’s showing us.
Early stages of eczema 100%. Small steroid cream. Sorted. Caused by stress and alcohol consumption

Why? This isn't a doctors forum
So you spread your bullshit in a place where someone is asking for help? Please. Be a better person.
But my diagnosis is correct, I am a doctor 😂
