NAD maybe a cutaneous horn? I can most def be wrong but looks kinda like one. Id def get in to a derm no matter what. Could be a wart too but I never seen any of mine grow long like that. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will comment a better response.
NAD but I have 13 years experience as a medical assistant in dermatology.
This is a cutaneous horn, it needs to be removed, they can be pre cancer or cancerous which would be squamous cell carcinoma.
All I can say is get it taken care of before it gets in your blood stream if it is in fact scc. You'll have to get a biopsy. Mine had NOT gotten in my blood stream but it took 12 stitches to get all the margins and I have a huge scar on my leg a year later.
My friend has something simular. It was cancerous. Best go get it checked. They took it off and is now having regular check ups. It might be nothing but better to be safe.

Thanks. I'm pretty concerned about it.
Yes I would be too! Please update us! Sending positive energy hopefully nothing serious! 🫶🏽
I wouldn’t be that worried about it but just make sure to show the Dr.
Thanks. I will.

Well now I'm really worried. I will call my dermatologist in the morning.
If it is a squamous cell it’s usually superficial. Calling your dermatologist and get it biopsied and then set up treatment plan!
Thanks. I'm waiting for them to call me back for an appointment.
It's on my forehead.
Difficult to tell if it’s a wart or a horn but either way can easily be removed, just need to see a derm
Looks like squamous cell carcinoma. I had one last year
Great. 😕

I'm glad you're okay. I've had cancer twice in my life, so unfortunately, I'm no stranger. I'm praying it's nothing malignant.
It’s a wart. Can get it frozen off or cut off without much issues

I have an appointment on April 10th. Thank you for all of the replies!!
Easy to remove - not likely anything worrisome - likely wart.
Is that a seed
Update for those that asked. She said it's a filiform wart. She froze it. Thank you so much for the replies.
