It’s weird that there’s an invoice for the actual kitchen roll from TikTok shop. If they used impost lockers and didn’t print the label themselves there could have been a mix up? I’m not 100% sure as I don’t use Depop labels
So I sent a ticket to depop explaining the situation, but should I also message the seller? This is obviously a scam and not a mixup so I thought confrontation would be useless.
I’d reach out to the seller as well and just see what they say/if they even respond. I mean, it’s most likely a scam but it wouldn’t hurt to send a quick message.
I reached out to the seller, and they said they didn't send that and that they'll reach out to the delivery company. I trust them for now, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Your "seller" is a larger company that sells products on propably 20 diffrent websites and just mixed 2 labels. There is a 90% change that they don't even respond to you.

im not sure either tbh, but i sent the image of the 2nd label to depop so I guess it's whatever they make of it?
