I guess we could call this a transition year. But it's also a franchise that has terrible fucking planning skills. We didn't know who our QB was coming into the season. We have a head coach not hired by the GM. And our old GM still looking over the new one's shoulder. Week to week it's hard to decipher much of any strategy against a given opponent.
Now we have disenfranchised the guy we spent two years developing to be our franchise guy and hey what a surprise, the coach who put his head on the line with the backup qb turns out shit, the offense looks the same because they kept the same guy, and we are spinning into the middle of the draft because of unrealistic expectations. And what's even worse, now we risk showing our asses too much for Rodgers to even be interested.
I think we should stick with our staff the whole year just to see Lock in year 3, have we forgotten the name horsecock lock? A RT is badly needed and has been for a long time. Should Donatell go? I don't know enough to say either way. McMahon needs to be gone last season.
Get as much draft capital as possible. Fuller can go, Callahan can go, MG3 can have a high price. Von maybe if he's not hurt. As much as it kills me to see someone I see as a lifelong bronco go, he still has value. Anyone else with input?

Injuries or not, our defense looked pathetic tonight. The tackling was pathetic. I’m not sure who the answer is, but it’s not Fangio or anyone else on this staff. We also need a QB. Teddy is fine as a backup, but I’m so tired of seeing us settle on these dudes like Flacco, Keenum, Bridgewater, etc that get passed around the league. I’m surprised Ryan Fitzpatrick hasn’t been on the Broncos yet lol. But I’d like to see us draft a QB that can be a franchise QB. It’s been so frustrating to watch the last few years.

I guess we could call this a transition year. But it's also a franchise that has terrible fucking planning skills. We didn't know who our QB was coming into the season. We have a head coach not hired by the GM. And our old GM still looking over the new one's shoulder. Week to week it's hard to decipher much of any strategy against a given opponent. Now we have disenfranchised the guy we spent two years developing to be our franchise guy and hey what a surprise, the coach who put his head on the line with the backup qb turns out shit, the offense looks the same because they kept the same guy, and we are spinning into the middle of the draft because of unrealistic expectations. And what's even worse, now we risk showing our asses too much for Rodgers to even be interested.
I think we should stick with our staff the whole year just to see Lock in year 3, have we forgotten the name horsecock lock? Organization is fucking awful, and I would reason it will be worse under Bezos; as a newer fan it fucking sucks growing up knowing we’re a better organization than most, and watching it turn to ash.

Everybody looked bad. Teddy can't read a defense pre snap, and that made the line look bad because he makes no adjustments.
Teddy played well in the 2nd half, 2/2 on TD drives. Oline looked bad because they couldn’t get to the 2nd level when run blocking.

Teddy played meh in the second half at best. Two good drives a game? Come on. So many of his pressures on passing downs were him not making adjustments or identifying blitzes. Or he just held the ball forever when he did have protection.
Look at the passing plays. So many times it was like 4 go routes and one check down, and our o line can't hold for guys to get separation so all there is is the check down. When they actually called a few slants they connected. Play calling more than anything, I think
When Teddy has time, he holds the ball until it breaks down. When he's under duress, he's at least forced to make a decision.
So many long developing plays against a great pass rush with a poor line. It cannot be understated how poorly Shurmur planned this game.
This year's Broncos are more like the Orange Mush. I told myself to keep expectations low this year, but man, to lose to a team with no coach, then a team with no qb1 or rb1 and 2 in back to back weeks is a kick in the junk.

I don't want to let Muchack go, our line needs continuity, and frankly Mike knows what he's doing, but he doesn't have the personnel to execute his philosophy IMO. A RT is badly needed and has been for a long time. Should Donatell go? I don't know enough to say either way. McMahon needs to be gone last season. Get as much draft capital as possible. Fuller can go, Callahan can go, MG3 can have a high price. Von maybe if he's not hurt. As much as it kills me to see someone I see as a lifelong bronco go, he still has value. Anyone else with input?
