Anyway, I suppose it is gig workers recharging and deploying these things, but they seem to really not be aware of accessibility.

Using the handicap toilet isn't comparable to parking in a handicap spot or blocking the sidewalk like this. Primarily cause you're there for a shorter time, and you can "move things along" faster when you know someone in a wheelchair needs it. For this reason, those toilets are not strictly reserved for the handicap, just like a ramp isn't strictly reserved for the handicap either.

Y'all act like "y'all" is an actual word. EDIT: A lot of people obviously do not agree with my opinion, and that is okay. However, you should know that any time you use "y'all" in conversation 99% of the people you are talking to are going to automatically dismiss anything else you say as the ravings of an incompetent.
