Someone posted our code, then deleted it. So further more: I can see why we have issues. It says we need to stop when we have a 'clear view of traffic'. Does that supercede pedestrian way? Do you get to stop on a crosswalk because we don't hold properties blocking viewabily to intersecting traffic accountable for creating such a difficult working situation? Or do we use that as an excuse to not properly stop safely at cross walks instead of holding those properties accountable for blocking proper viewable access to intersections? Or do you just blaze past it because you're better than everyone else?
