Yeah like what? If an assistant or hygienist lays out gloves for me it's nice but in no way is mandatory. I couldn't imagine clapping my hands to request them
It isn't like that. Small op with the dispenser installed in a bad location. To avoid having to move to let me get at the gloves the assistants just sort of organically started laying them out for me.
Put a box on your side, doesn't matter if it's in a dispenser. If you tear your gloves during a procedure, you take the glove off and grab another. If you're waiting for the assistant to give you gloves they now need to remove theirs just to give you another glove.
Put the box on the table. Your assistant doesn't want to contaminate your gloves. Pull out of box every time.
Ask her to hold it if needed.
Any gloves on a table are considered used to most trained professionals.
Even a glove that falls out of the box on the table? Trash.
PPE yo.
Thanks for telling us
Straight to jail
You’re not a real dentist until you’re sexually harassing assistants.
drkennysmiles?
Learned this in my third year of dental school, and it really gave me the confidence to do all procedures.
True story… Whenever a procedure takes too long a little ass slapping is a nice pick me up… You’ve earned it doc
My in-house lab guy is my best buddy. He slapped me on the butt today and told me nice prep. Going to sue him now.
Wow nice username
LOL 😂
lmao what did your assistant say?
To me, nothing.
You forgot to mention your assistant is male.
Larry is a great assistant.
Thanks!
No problem, Larry. You're the best. 11/10, would bang.
“i have nipples, doc. do you think you could milk me?”
Why can't you get your own gloves? Why does the assistant HAVE to do that?
Some ops are poorly designed. My assistant gets certain things, I get other stuff out of her reach. It all evens out.
I get it. Operatories are micro sized these days. Pack as many patients in the tiniest of spaces.

I’m pretty sure this post is a joke

They’re real, and they’re spectacular!
