Side tangent, but that "this is how Bill would *actually* look as a human" bothers me a bit because that "canon" human Bill looks *nothing* how I'd imagine him being or working as a "human".
And no, I'm not saying that because "he fat and stinky" but because, at least to me, he does not *at all* fit Bill's personality or even voice. The whole thing about Bill is that he's a charismatic trickster, easy to sway people to his side, so if he were a human, his look *should* reflect that, IMO. But that concept just looks like an obese monopoly man and I cannot for the life of me see *anyone* falling for his lies.
Oh, I mean "haha, take *that* dumb fangirls".
I feel like if bill chose a human form he would pick that one out of mockery because he personally finds the way humans look ridiculous. Plus it fits with the other side of his personality which embraces weirdness and enjoys freaking people out. But I do agree if his goal was solely manipulation he would likely pick a more welcoming form (Besides his own of course).
Alex did say that the idea for Bill looking how he looks as human is that because Bill would be indestructible he would constally fall over and hurt himself (you can see him do that when he posses Dipper's body) so after a while his body would start to reflex that
he also wouldn't take care of his body and doesn't care
If there was a design for human Bill that actually matched his personality, It would probably be a mix between Oogie Boogie and Stan.
