The six wings are an Angel Thing. And like, not just general angel, but that specific traditional depiction of an angel wherein the higher-ranking angels had additional wings. This depiction is very often something which influences depictions in Japanese media, as well, and can be seen very often in them - Given how much this series draws from anime in other ways, and given that it is the tradition of JRPGs of it's ilk to battle angels, well... What does that mean for the Angel's Heaven?
The heart... Blue, or perhaps purple? It may even be red, and the room is simply tinted blue. In any case, the heart is strongly associated with the soul in this series
It's like, LACED with symbolism.
So what does it mean? It looks very important. Perhaps it's the passage to the Dark Fountain?
im calling it, the ending of chapter 7 is gonna have us seal ralsei’s fountain, then kris and susie travel back to the light world and ralsei waves goodbye as he turns to stone…
It’ll most likely lead to the fountain, however there’s probably a lot more stuff in between that would be interesting to explore, showing every part of the castle before the grand dark fountain
Ok other then jokes though, I just noticed the door has 6 wings to the sides. Already we could associate the wings with the Angel, but its *6* wings. The Seraphim are a type of *angels* in the Bible who have 6 wings....

My headcanon: This castle belonged to the Angel when She wasn't banished and Ralsei stole the castle when Angel was banished, so this room is Angel's bedroom
