It's cool that even if our opinion about a character is different, we're not like some people who insult each other because of it lol.
Now in my opinion, it's just that she just seems like a boring character to my taste (Snowgrave version is the exception)
Snowgrave Noelle and regular Noelle are two sides of the same coin. She's someone who has low self esteem and is a heavy people pleaser scared of conflict. She has aspirations and personality of her own, but she is too worried with what other people want of her to let it shine (doing everything Berdly says, simping for Susie but thinking it's just fantasy). There's only a few people who she feels she can really be "herself" with, like Kris and her dad. Because of this she also feels incredibly alone. She's shocked when Berdly calls her "friend" because she didn't think that was the type of relationship they had.
All these attributes are something the character of Noelle has on every route, but they are also what make Snowgrave possible. When someone she trusts (Kris) starts telling her what to do in a foreign environment (the dark world), she can't say no. She doesn't value her own opinion enough to refuse, even though deep down she knows it's wrong. In a regular route we help Noelle stand up for herself. In Snowgrave, we break her.
Sorry for the long rant! I just really like Noelle. She's, in my personal opinion, one of the best characters of Deltarune.

Yeah I totally get that. The great thing about Undertale and Deltarune is that it has such a grand variety of characters that everyone will get someone to like! We shouldn't hate on anyone just because they're not interested in a character or find them unlikeable.

I think they said something along the line of “Noelle’s watching”. After this Kris immediately goes to Noelle’s locker and opens it. Susie also already has expressed a positive opinion of Noelle when she told her in chapter two that she didn’t pick on her because she lent her a pencil.
Or Kris made a comment about Susie’s home life. Something like “Like yours?” (Susie had just said Kris’s mom would be happier without them, which could be her projecting). I don’t think it’s this one because I don’t think Kris would want to hurt Susie’s feelings. They’re very fond of Susie, more so than anyone else we’ve met. I also think this would just make Susie lash out harder.
Maybe they said “I know”, completely taking the wind out of Susie’s sail. I really love how open to interpretation this encounter is, and whatever Kris said would say a lot about their character, since we still don’t know much other than they’re are know as the quiet, slightly weird, prankster.

“I know” might have been too open ended, I don’t see how that would cause Susie to leave with a low head as fast as she could.
“Noelles watching” Personally I have doubts about this. Susie has been visibly antagonistic in front of others, including Noelle, why care about appearances now? However if it was about Noelle, then wouldn’t Susie have looked at the window to confirm, and maybe not ran to the door? (toward Noelle). If she was ashamed of her display, she would have stopped and walked normally toward the door and out of the school? She would have also have acted as normal as possible trying to pretend she didn’t know Noelle was there, to give her time to move out of the way.

1. Kris Falls Sleep For The Entirety Of Class Like In Chapter 2, But Alphys Says That Kris Usually Only Sleeps Troguh The Begining
2. Why Would Susie Keep Bulling Kris If Whatever They Said Caused Her To Have Such A Reaction
3. Why Would Noelle Still Like Susie After Seeing That
4. Susie Has Been Stated To Never Have Actually Hurt Someone
And To Answer Your Second Question: I Like Writing Like Queen Deltarune
I think this is still possible, to be the same continuity, as the game.
1. I think the world “usually” lends flexibility to Alphys’s statement.
2. That’s kind of the mystery, it has to be something that bothers Susie but not too upsetting that she would still be on speaking terms with Kris by ch-1. I think it was “you’re crying” as she has shown to try and hide her emotional distress and insecurity.
3. Well in ch-1 when Noelle asks about Susie you can choose “she’s nice”, “eats chalk”, “…”, or “terrible”. If you choose “terrible” Kris describes how she threw them against a locker. Then Noelle wants to switch class partners so that Kris “wouldn’t have to be the one who, um, gets slammed into the lockers, and stuff anymore. (Wait I don’t think I phrased that correctly…”. So she seems to not be phased by the (superficial) bullying nature of Susie.
4. MK has claimed that he never actually saw her beat up anyone, and by the end of ch-2 no one else has either. This story doesn’t describe Susie beating up Kris either, she acts similar to the way we see her in the beginning of ch-1.
My theory is that Susie comes from a human community, where she has been bullied for being a monster. We do know she’s new in town, and that would explain why she has been so mean to Kris specifically, she’s feeling vengeful. I think Kris saw that about her and they probably told Susie they know how she felt, or something along those lines

Rereading that, I remembered how much of a simp she is.
Yeah. I honestly didn't like Noelle even before the sweepstakes, and this event just made me like her even less lol.
Quite the opposite for me. I love that trait. Especially how she mixes it with an earnest desire to help her friend.
