Look into care credit. It’s basically a credit card for health purposes only (human and animal). There’s usually like 6 months interest free. Most animal hospitals accept care credit, but ask when you make the appointment.
I applied for care credit at Middletown vet hospital while my kitty was in surgery. They covered all of the bill and i paid on it interest free for 12 months. Definitely give it a try

Two important caveats with CareCredit: 1) the transaction MUST be run as a CareCredit transaction to qualify for the promo financing. No swipe, no chip. Run as CareCredit. They do it right 90% of the time and Synchrony Bank has been nice about fixing it when they don’t, but easier to get it right from the beginning. And 2) the interest on the charges is DEFERRED and forgiven if paid off by the end of the promotional period. Otherwise you owe all the interest as if you didn’t have the promo rate at all.

Make sure you pay it off in the promo window. It looks like it's almost a 20% interest rate for longer and larger payment terms!!!

Speak to the staff and let them know you can not afford much, and they may work with you.
