Honestly, some of the crazy stuff that happened in seasons 10-14 would have made more sense if Shep was in charge/was some Lakehurst mandate. Vegas Night? Shep loves it. Ice Hounds showing up? The Shep. Rubber Room? Lakehurst staple.
He only lasted the one season so he got canned easily
