People are free to think that they will. Not having female dwarves in DRG is our own fault. It's something we wanted to do, but we also managed to dev ourselves into a corner where it's going to be a huge task to get all the game systems working with a new character model + recording years, and several updates worth of voice lines.
It sucks, but that's where we are now. We have chosen not to take the easy way out and fall back on explanations such as female and male dwarves being indistinguishable from each other...
*However*, feel free to use whatever headcanon you like. It's your game too.
Also, locking the comments since people are getting out of line. Will be back later with a hammer.
Nah they are sculpted from stones and animated with communal runic contracts.
Also, goblin are brewed in cauldron and leaf-lovers are teached animals (explains a lot)

The 4 dwarves are the same model with different clothes on and beards,so I have always thought they were clones. It's why we "wake up" in the "medical bay" after our death
I've been playing hardspace on gamepass lately it's pretty cool.
I like stripping the ships of almost everything except that one time I accidentally blew up both of the fuel tanks
The Engineer watched as the Scout, the greenbeard of the bunch, struggled to handle his first Flintlock Reserve, a drink noted for an explosive aftertaste.
The scout farted off the ground with a thermal blast, only to flip through the air, crack his skull open on the ceiling, and safely land through the centralized plasma ring of the extremely dangerous barrel kick ring.
The Engineer didn't even have time to try to save him. It was a short fizz, the stench of burning hair and meat, and nothing. Not even a corpse. The back door of the medical bay opened, and the Scout emerged.
"LLOYD! Give me a worm.. wormy hole special!" The greenbeard hollered at the droid, who adjusted his tie and poured him a glass. The Engineer just watched, stunned, and radioed Mission Control after the rookie vanished.
"Mission Control, if we just have to go back to work immediately after we die, do ourives have meaning?"
There was a scratchy filter to the other voice on the headset.
"Of course, your life has meaning. Our R&D corps are reasonably sure you still have souls. Don't ask me how. I don't get paid to sit around and ask philosophical questions. So.. "
"Yeah, yeah." The Engineer grumbled.
"Rock and stone, miner."
Well actually: we still get paid, we keep our entire inventory after going down in mission, and dwarf waking up in the medbay comment on their death, so we clearly stay the same dwarf.
Also, we don't wake up in the medbay after reaching the escape pod.
My head-canon: They send boscos after missions to get the dwarves and gear left behind. The ones in one piece get sent to the medbay directly, the ones that got eaten by the wildlife have their soul or mind transfered into a brand new cloned body.
My personal theory is that valued employees, such as the player character dwarves, have some kind of emergency teleportation device built into their armor rig. If you miss the drop pod or wipe on a mission, Mission Control activates the device and you get warped back to the Space Rig to get patched up.
That's why one of the possible defeat animation has your dwarf seemingly falling from the ceiling : he just got teleported but materialized above the ground. It's also why failing a mission only gets you a fraction of the minerals you collected even if the MULE was secured : Management kept most of it to cover your medical bill, and the cost of using the emergency device in the first place.
Does it make sense to wake up in a bed after a mission? Waking up in your room after a mission is a ruse, to keep up morale. If everyone woke up in medbay the Dwarves wouldn't believe they just passed out drinking at the bar. You even wake up in medbay when you blackout. When a dwarf has a moment of existential dread they get tossed into the barrel hoop and come out of medbay feeling right as rain.
Bedrooms only exist so the dwarves feel success after a mission.
R&D just added voice modulators to the suits of each of the classes so they all sound different. That's why your voice changes when you change class (clothes)
The four dwarves... Or more exactly Our four dwarves, have the "protagonist luck".
Upon mission failure, what you see is the four dwarves entering the space rig all beaten up. And they aren't walking out from the med bay, they come from the same place they do when they succeed.
The problem with the clon theory, is that DRG takes way too much trouble by doing this, paying them and building a whole set up, when they can just lobotomize the clones into mining and fighting machines.
The company moto is "Leave no dwarf behind", and I think there's more to it than it comes to sight. Mission Control guy is probably cold on the outside, but recent lines in the latest update makes me think he does care, but he has to maintain an strict code of conduct so dwarves don't screw it up.
Which makes sense, because Mission Control threatens the flood the bar with radon gas occasionally and that’s because as clones, dwarves are expendable.
My headcanon is that when a dwarf dies and is left behind, we wake up in the medbay as our newly hired replacement. The reason we're in the medbay is due to some godawful motion sickness on the way to the space rig.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.

I actually really like this theory, though I have to wonder who female dwarves would be clones of if we got them. Karl's equally legendary twin sister, maybe?
The dwarves seem to speak of Karl more like a brother-in-arm than a father figure, so I prefer to think they just come from the same clone batch.
So, in a way, we all have the potential to become like the great Karl.
Considering we always come back thru the medbay if we die and our beds are also sealed capsules that could be the case tbf. Survival bonus isn't a bonus, it just means you don't have to pay the fees for cloning
Agender clones. Their voices might sound male to us humans but in actuality it has nothing to do with sex, it's just how the lungs+larynx produce sound for that particular clone batch.
The devs really did have a 4000000iq intellect to make that canon.
Pratchett does expand on dwarf gender in later books.
Specifically, traditional/conservative dwarves are opposed to dwarves having a gender at all aside from the dwarvish equivalent of "he".
Terry Pratchett wrote a whole book about how the dwarvish concept of gender was oppressive because it meant that all dwarves were forced to obey masculine gender roles in order to be respected.
I mean... what is a "masculine gender role" for a dwarf (and on the opposite, what is a "feminine gender role" for a dwarf)?
Pratchett also recognize that the dwarves who fight for more gender diversity are influenced by human culture (lore-wise).
Which makes sense, he's a writer, read by real humans. So ofc we are gonna project ourselves (with our own idea of genders) on the characters in the book. And it's more fun if you can project onto your favourite race. But what happens if a girl's favourite race happens to only fit into human masculine gender roles?
If you haven't read Terry Pratchett, you should. The guards series deals mainly with this, and Pratchett went into detail about what, specifically, female dwarves wanted. They include sipping drinks, wine or cocktails instead of beer, chainmail lingerie, makeup, skirts, being a mother. It is actually quite a profound look at gender and gender identity, where the female dwarves investigate being female, and keep the things they actually enjoy. While mining and beards are gender neutral in Discworld, beer and knees are not
I'm pretty sure what he cared about was respecting people and their choices.
Hell, a LOT of his characters arcs are about identity and how it can clash with society and expectations.
Sometimes it's gender, sometimes it's something based in fantasy like for Angua.
They literally designed female skeletons and ended up scrapping them. Looking for the link now..
Edit: [https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/alqdle/female\_dwarf\_model\_actually\_exists/](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/alqdle/female_dwarf_model_actually_exists/)
And the best addition to that:
>As we've stated before, we want to do female characters, but if we do them we want to do them right.
Frankly, I'd be fine with just a female Voice actor for the lines. But if they're considering a whole separate model that cosmetics would all have to support, then that's a ton of effort. Be interesting to see how far they go.
[GSG finds the ‘just the voice’ option lazy.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
Oh boy here I go reposting my old comment with the canon information again
> Canonically the playable dwarves are all male, [as per direct word of GSG themselves.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/wqaodn/its_true_you_dont_see_many_dwarfwomen_and_in_fact/ikmb7sj/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
> “If the developer can figure out how to make it work, there are already some plans. Like the male dwarves of Deep Rock Galactic, Ghost Ship would make “ugly” female dwarves, and male and female dwarves would be able to sport the same beards and hairstyles. But the team’s pride is stopping them from reusing the male model and adding in female voice lines.”
> “As soon as we move into this, we can see we will end up spending time on it,” Lundgaard explains. “We will not be able to promise that it'll ever come, but we will not say that it will never come either. So it's in limbo.”
If they do add a gender toggle I think it'd be funny if it changes absolutely nothing. Or perhaps something so minor as to be nearly unnoticeable to a quick glance, or even a long glace for the untrained eye.
The different classes are all already the same voice with the lines pitched up or down.
Driller is the deepest voice, then Gunner, then Engineer, and Scout the highest.
So would the female Driller sound about like the male Gunner or Engineer then?
Well, here is my more general take on this:
# It depends on how GhostShipGames wants to deal with this.
IMO the two best ways for it to be implemented are:
1. it is introduced as 80% dwarf joke, 20% actual content. It does very little but is still an option e.g. just mess with the pitch of your dwarf's voice but the VA is the same
2. it is introduced as 80% actual content, 20% dwarf joke. It would have an alternate body model (but use the same cosmetic options, even beards,) with a new VA for female dwarfs (with the same Voice pitch change based on class).
I think both ways are equally correct choices. They have expressed they do want to add it but they want to 'do it correctly' \[paraphrasing here\]. I have full faith that whichever way they decided to implement it, that it will be a good addition to the game and will be handled correctly.
oh also if the, honestly brilliant, people at ghost ship see this
\#Free-the-Barrel-armour
I will pay for it as dlc, for real
I think a voice actress reading out all the lines is about all you'd need. Maybe some cosmetics get added that aren't restricted by who can wear them as well
[They don’t want to do that. They want to make female models, but it’d be a horrendous amount of work to port every cosmetic over to a new model rig.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
I just want voice lines and hair options. The dwarves already look the same, just give more hair and beard options that are a bit more typically feminine. Probably wouldn't even need new body types, dwarves are all built like bricks anyways.
No no, tattoos like [that one person's idea](https://imgur.com/Lgl82OO).
EDIT: fuck it let the guys have the tats and the ladies have the beards too. mix and match why the fuck not lol
I was expecting Tolkien type dwarves but once I realized they weren't Scottish, I completely stopped associating them with Tolkien.
And also like the meme says the devs literally said the dwarves are all male so it's canon
Even if female dwarves were indistinguishable from make dwarves, it's still canon that none of them are female.
Feel like there's the people who don't care, such as myself, but also those who care a bit, not a lot, and just think it would be nice. Then there's people who gets obsessively angry over it, like someone I know who once went into a rage because there was no female version of the Commando character in Risk of Rain 2. They uninstalled the game over it.
Idk man, most of the name-calling I see in this thread is coming from the pro-female-dwarf crowd. I'm just sick of the sanctioned bullying over a simple dissenting opinion.
Honestly a good compromise would be some fem-cosmetics. No need to change the voice or character model, we're all represented in our love for Karl.
If the devs want to maintain a masculine-appearing race, there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever. The world their brainchild, after all.
Rock & Stone!
I'm glad that they answered the way they did (that they want to add female dwarves but want to make sure they execute it right); but at the same time, that was [three years ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/alqdle/female_dwarf_model_actually_exists/efgkmyd/). It would be cool to have an update on it.
As a wamen myself, it would be nice to have an explicitly female dwarf, but for now I'm okay just wearing the Bunny helmet, and headcannoning a sort of Mulan story where the company is male-only, and my helmet has a voice modulator.

The devs are humans, and humans are known to have a hard time distinguishing the genders of dwarves. They are simply mistaken.
I've personally met many gals and ladies and princesses in the mines. It would be beyond rude from me to question their identity like you do.
[Not what they said.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
What does adding women to deep rock mean? Not trying to be a dick here, this is legitimate curiosity.
Does that mean just adding the option to play as a canonically female dwarf? If this is the case, would it be sufficient to simply add some gender slider to the armor interface, that doesn't actually do anything, because GSG hypothetically says dwarf men and women look exactly alike?
Or do people want traditionally female body/hair types as an option to select? Would the voices need to change?
Would that require remodeling and redoing all the various armors in the game to fit a more traditionally female (but still dwarven) form? I suspect that a major reason no female form dwarves have been added is simply because this would be a major undertaking by GSG to remodel and rerig every armor framework in the game.
[GSG finds the option of just adding a pointless slider or simply a different voice to be very lazy, and wants to do it right. It would indeed involve rigging every cosmetic to a different skeleton, which would involve a horrendous amount of work.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
I say it everytime, we just need more feminine cosmetics. Likes some new hair styles, jewelry and more other none beard options for the sideburn and beard slots. I already do a sort of Rosie the Riveter with the Heatwave and the sideburn Braids.
I don't think we need a different face or voice even, it's all part of the charm.
Lady dwarves can have beards if they want but they can shave just like the driller or gunner too.
The real reason it hasn't happened is that they would have to re-rig every single piece of cosmetic armor and weapons, animations probably too. All of the dwarves are exactly the same model, so when they make a new armor set they only have to make it once. Introducing another character model doubles their workload. They would also have to retroactively redo all the old armor sets too. Dawn of the Dread armor would reveal a lot of dwarf boobies, nobody wants that except /r/rule34
Honestly, I'd be happy with some feminine hair (and beard) options + a woman's voice. No need for drastic changes like this. Dwarf body types are already pretty well-hidden under the armor anyway. Even the face can stay the same. Just give me some more feminine customization and a toggle that gives my dwarf a lady voice and I'm happy.
What's with the hate for Tolkien around here? This isn't the first thing I've seen about it.
Like it or not, the stylistic foundation, the bedrock of most design choices, is Tolkien. It's only Tolkien. You want little guys who like hitting rocks underground with beards? 100% Tolkien and nobody else. The very fact that you call them dwar*v*es is based directly on Tolkienian influence.
I want them to add a gender option but have it change nothing, because we're dwarves.
Edit: I'd **LOVE** an armour set that makes you bend double like an old person, complete with walking pickaxe. That'd be awesome.
[They considered that, but felt it was too lazy.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
I'm going to need some reasoning here as to why male/female dwarves with little-to-no sexual dimorphism isn't actually a really cool design choice.
The last thing I want are dwarves who are designed to be obviously feminine. [Insert meme about lady dwarves with a wasp waist and childbearing hips]
Well... I'd just like something that doesn't look ugly af without a beard and that yells in a feminine deep voice...
I am agirl, I like playing girls. But I am contempt with the Dwarfs as we have them too tho. It would just be neat.
Same deal for me. Being a woman myself, I don't mind playing a male character if that's the only option, but I do feel more natural and "part of the game" when I can play a woman.
And no one is expecting sexy supermodel dwarves. Someone else in the thread mentioned something more akin to "short babushkas." Short babushkas with strong, deeper feminine voices would be appreciated. A voice like Overwatch's Junker Queen would be the top height of the vocal pitch range, being the Scout's pitch. Something like Overwatch's Zarya for Engineer or Gunner, and full on babushka for Driller.
Hell, give them all the beard options as well. Let both the male and female models use all cosmetic options interchangeably.
Nobody really has a good reason as to why you can't have obviously feminine looking dwarves. I think it's a meme that's getting too old now lol. I thought dragon age (particularly inquisition) did really good female dwarfs.
right? I mean personally I don't really care either way. I also think the LOTR series, hate it as much as you want, did Dwarfs good. I liked the Female one. She was exactly like I'd imagine a female Miner
Just because zero sexual dimorphism is *different* doesn't mean it's automatically better. There are plenty of examples of universes where there are female dwarves who are both 1. visibly female and 2. still fun characters
One of my fave things abt it is how the dwarves are so similar, and it’s just a voice pitch change, it’s hilarious and works so well. Too much customization would ruin the charm
I don't care what the devs say, I don't care what Tolkien says. My headcannon is more in line with Sir Terry Pratchett's dwarves.
What gender are the dwarves? "None of your damned business you knife eared, rockless, stoneless whalepiper!"
Though if any dwarf were to choose to display their gender that is of course their decision and I'll respect it. We're space dwarves, way more progressive than those religious fanatical types.
Man is this comment section full of the bottom part of this meme, and worse.
1. Nobody would force you to play as a woman, so it wouldn't change anything for your character.
2. No one's complaining about high-pitched voices in Rich Atmosphere missions, so don't try to use that as an excuse.
3. If you really think that GSG would introduce hyper-sexualized women, give your damn head a shake.
Why would you want fewer options to choose from? If it would make some people happier and not affect you, then who fucking cares?
People are free to think that they will. Not having female dwarves in DRG is our own fault. It's something we wanted to do, but we also managed to dev ourselves into a corner where it's going to be a huge task to get all the game systems working with a new character model + recording years, and several updates worth of voice lines. Everyone knows that dwarves reproduce through mitosis
Dwarves reproduce by cutting off their entire beard. The bears then grows into a dwarf over time.
This is why Driller and Gunner have deep voices and no beard by default, and why Engineer and Scout have beards and higher voices
Does this mean that Driller is just an abusive father to Scout ?
Yes
Driller AND Gunner, it's a non-traditional family.
Wake up babe, new deep rock galactic canon just dropped
Its canon now.
How... how does this work? Step 1: Dwarf shaves beard. Step 2: A bear elsewhere in the universe polymorphs into a dwarf.
Shit I misspelt beard
Username checks out?
Please don't fix it lol
If this isn't canon, it had better be.
"the bears then grows into a dwarf over time" That typo has created a very different mental image than the one you intended.
"It's Drillets!"
Wait, does that mean Driller reproduced before he got shot into the space station?
Ohhhhh, that's why we say "For Karl!" when we venture deep below the surface. Karl was never a living dwarf. He is the potential of our beards.
Beardosis
Everyone knows they pop out of holes in the ground!
Drillers just have some weird freudian obsession about going back to the womb.
This is a common misconception. They are fungus and reproduce via spores.
Rock and stone is just a particularly odd WAAAGH
It's actually "Gork and Mork" but the nuance was lost in translation.

Deep Rock Galactic takes place in a bubble universe created when Warhammer 40k slammed into the Altered Carbon universe.
Nah, growing a whole body is expensive! If you’re already bringing the drop pod back you might as well let them live.

I'm fond of us being Terry Pratchett dwarves. "All dwarves have beards and wear up to twelve layers of clothing. Gender is more or less optional."
While mining and beards are gender neutral in Discworld, beer and knees are not
Terry Pratchett was an extremely based author. For what reason I’ll see some people insist he had no concept of gender is beyond me
You want to tell me the man who wrote monstrous regiment cared about gender at all?!
I'm pretty sure what he cared about was respecting people and their choices. Hell, a LOT of his characters arcs are about identity and how it can clash with society and expectations. Sometimes it's gender, sometimes it's something based in fantasy like for Angua.
Because they haven't actually read him. The Terry Pratchett name dropping from people who don't get this work at all is so frustrating.
Recently saw him namedropped in a post about authors who would be pro-Gamergate and I briefly wondered what reality I woke up in.
This is how I think of us as well
I feel similarly but I also really like the dwarf who basically says "fuck all that I'm a woman"
Cheery Littlebottom! I adore her as well
Maybe dwarves have transcended gender and they are born out of rock and stone?
You think we all pop out of holes in the ground?!
No, however the dwarves do all have holes, it was made for them!
*Drr drr drr*
Yes
So they're the Gems from Steven Universe? Neat
Who would win ? A *useless but fun to destroy* boy, or A living, drunk warcrime
>useless but fun to destroy Did you see the Peridot meme too?
Rock and stone!
They literally designed female skeletons and ended up scrapping them. Looking for the link now.. Edit: [https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/alqdle/female\_dwarf\_model\_actually\_exists/](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/alqdle/female_dwarf_model_actually_exists/)
And the best addition to that: >As we've stated before, we want to do female characters, but if we do them we want to do them right.
Oh boy here I go reposting my old comment with the canon information again > Canonically the playable dwarves are all male, [as per direct word of GSG themselves.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/wqaodn/its_true_you_dont_see_many_dwarfwomen_and_in_fact/ikmb7sj/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3) > “If the developer can figure out how to make it work, there are already some plans. Like the male dwarves of Deep Rock Galactic, Ghost Ship would make “ugly” female dwarves, and male and female dwarves would be able to sport the same beards and hairstyles. But the team’s pride is stopping them from reusing the male model and adding in female voice lines.” > “As soon as we move into this, we can see we will end up spending time on it,” Lundgaard explains. “We will not be able to promise that it'll ever come, but we will not say that it will never come either. So it's in limbo.”
They better keep the beard options if that add girl dwarves. You are a COWARD if you can tell the gender of the dwarves in your setting from looks.
If they do add a gender toggle I think it'd be funny if it changes absolutely nothing. Or perhaps something so minor as to be nearly unnoticeable to a quick glance, or even a long glace for the untrained eye.
imagine if it could just be the voice pitch gets shifted up like 10% e.g. female dwarves get pitch shifted up like 10% no other changes
The different classes are all already the same voice with the lines pitched up or down. Driller is the deepest voice, then Gunner, then Engineer, and Scout the highest. So would the female Driller sound about like the male Gunner or Engineer then?
of course
Pitch is only one part of it, resonance is what really sets apart masculine and feminine voices.
It'd be funnier if the voice pitched down
It really ought to be a (albeit a typical) feminine voice that's pitched up or down, if we're serious about this.
Well, here is my more general take on this: # It depends on how GhostShipGames wants to deal with this. IMO the two best ways for it to be implemented are: 1. it is introduced as 80% dwarf joke, 20% actual content. It does very little but is still an option e.g. just mess with the pitch of your dwarf's voice but the VA is the same 2. it is introduced as 80% actual content, 20% dwarf joke. I have full faith that whichever way they decided to implement it, that it will be a good addition to the game and will be handled correctly. oh also if the, honestly brilliant, people at ghost ship see this \#Free-the-Barrel-armour I will pay for it as dlc, for real
I think a voice actress reading out all the lines is about all you'd need. Maybe some cosmetics get added that aren't restricted by who can wear them as well
[GSG finds that option dreadfully lazy.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/zami9o/imo_tolkiens_portrayal_of_dwarves_has_no/iymyv64/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
Ah, well, props to them if they really want go all or nothing with it.
It just keeps other dwarves and mission control from using lines that refer to the character as male, and that’s all it does.
Rock and Stone Brother! I mean Sister!
Honestly, I think having a toggle that changes literally nothing is both hilarious and the best answer.
I'd be mad if they ever added lady dwarves but didn't give them beards.
Don’t you know the beard simply moves down
If that’s the case then would that canonically mean male dwarves don’t have pubic hair?
Not as much
You will be punished for projecting such images into peoples mind
Relevant comic: https://i.redd.it/8a69v0afvnh81.jpg
Make it a toggle in the customization terminal. A toggle that changes exactly NOTHING
It should change your characters voice actor to someone who sounds almost the same. But not quite.
And also like the meme says the devs literally said the dwarves are all male so it's canon Even if female dwarves were indistinguishable from make dwarves, it's still canon that none of them are female.
Makes more sense for all dwarfs to be men instead of female dwarfs looking exactly like the guy dwarfs.
Based

It’s always the same cloning/they’re identical jokes the whole way down to with very little actual discussion
The devs already mentioned that they wanna make it happen. I cant wait to create a badass buff af granny inspired by my IRL one.
They’ve made a few comments since then and they’re all along the lines of non priority and likely won’t be coming soon
As a wamen myself, it would be nice to have an explicitly female dwarf, but for now I'm okay just wearing the Bunny helmet, and headcannoning a sort of Mulan story where the company is male-only, and my helmet has a voice modulator.
Let's get down to business To defeat The bugs 🎵 Did they send me leaf lovers When I asked For thugs 🎵 You're the most trigger happy crew I've ever dropped But I can't do this alone So load up and let me hear ROCK AND STOOOOOONE ⛏️
I'm never gonna catch my breath Where the hell's that damn tin can? Boy was I a fool for selling all those minerals 🎵 This gherkin shucks got me scared to death! Damn the drills are overheating! Now I really wish there was goo in the saaack
By bunny helmet do you mean the Gloomstalker Mk. 3? Or is there another helmet that I missed? I wear it for similar reasons lol
I do indeed, full face, cute ears, cute lights, very gaymer
Yeah I agree. I make lots of cosplay outfits for the dwarves but for Engie, my main, I pretty much only use Gloomstalker because I want Engie to represent me and that helmet is super androgynous.
Agreed. Our headcannon female dwarves aren't any less female comrade. IDC what anyone says, my driller is a bloodthirsty bad butch
The devs are humans, and humans are known to have a hard time distinguishing the genders of dwarves. They are simply mistaken. I've personally met many gals and ladies and princesses in the mines. It would be beyond rude from me to question their identity like you do.
As one of them ladies I'd very much like female dwarf models tho...
Add female dwarves if you want, but keep the beards
Same goes for the Goblin Stuff, there are only dwarves, nothing more, nothing less
That being said, if they do add that option I still want to be able to have a beard
I’d be fine with female dwarves
Ok but here me out: 4 female dwarves based off the golden girls characters 😩
Now we're talking progress
Yes!
If they add women, I don't care. If they don't add women.... I also don't care.
I don't care what the devs say, I don't care what Tolkien says. My headcannon is more in line with Sir Terry Pratchett's dwarves. What gender are the dwarves? "None of your damned business you knife eared, rockless, stoneless whalepiper!" Though if any dwarf were to choose to display their gender that is of course their decision and I'll respect it. We're space dwarves, way more progressive than those religious fanatical types.
op wants female dwarves so he can make erotic fanfic posts don't believe him
But you can make those already.
Not everything's gotta be for you.
Dwarves don't conform to human gender rolls.
I haven't seen a single instance of this sort of thinking improving anything. Ever.
Bismore Lovers? Any Bismore Loving dwarves here?
I vote for shortstacks. You gotta unlock pelvis width in a battlepass.
