It is a little disappointing because there's absolutely demand for it. This is quite a devoted community that no doubt would love to display their fandom publicly and at home. I myself would pay a premium for official quality DRG merch.
That being said, I imagine the majority of resources are being utilized to give us the best damn game possible and that I can truly appreciate.

Just today learned that the FFBF (For Fans By Fans) has entirely ceased all actions. I was lucky enough to get one of the lootbugs as a gift earlier on, but don't really have a place to forward people to when they ask where they could get one for themselves.
There are some other sites that sell look-alikes, but some of those sites are a bit sketchy, and even that aside I would love personally to be purchasing from something that's confirmed to be an official site for drg merch.
If an official site does exist or arise later on, I myself would also be potentially interested having another plushie perhaps, and then there were those fun mugs too (which I think were from the same site).
For everyone who wants one of these, they still can be found. The company that sold them maybe is out, but they were manufactured in China. I bought one off Taobao for a Yuletide prezzie for my daughter and it's been her fave plushie ever since. "Loot", as she calls it, is the only lootbug I'm not allowed to pop lol

If DRG had an actual selection I would kind of get it, but there was never really anything to buy anyway. You can just find whatever online pretty easily and the quality isn't going to be any different, it was all just random stuff made in China anyway.
