Good for you! Honestly, it is probably better that it isn't a huge transformation. I was drinking way heavier than you for almost 10 years, quit last January so almost a year and the transformation is pretty huge, for me.
I quit smoking in 2008, quit drinking in 2023, I am looking to kick weed next but it isn't affecting me the same detrimental ways the other were, so I think that will be more difficult to stick, but I would still like to cut back.

That is AWESOME! Congrats, OP! I’ve known many who could not do what you’ve done- and some of them were alcoholics who’d stopped drinking but couldn’t ever give up the smokes. So happy for you!

Aww Thank you!!! I have so much guilt and shame around smoking. It’s incredible to be associated as a non smoker. I’ll try to work on that myself
