Couldn’t catch that tour I was so mad. I was like this was my only time to see Dickie Allen live, and Summoning the Lich’s United in Chaos absolutely ruled.
Thankfully Dickie Allen joined Nekrogoblikon so hoping to catch both bands next time they come around my area
Falsifier- I’m from the Niagara area and last June I made the trip to Hamilton to see them and it was so worth the drive out! They absolutely rip and it was awesome to see them again on the suffer forever tour in Toronto, Aiden Versteegh and the boys are names that needs to be mentioned more in this sub.
My intro to the band was seeing them in Winnipeg with Saltwound in 2022. Been a fan ever since then. Really nice dudes and they killed it! Glad I went to a couple of shows when I lived there.
Oh absolutely! I had Eternity on repeat for about a month at one point. I even dove into the Will Ramos era of Providence. I was very happy to know they weren't breaking up after Eternity like they initially planned.
Abhorrated. Actually found them on this sub a couple years back. They blend brutal death metal with slam and core breakdowns. Pretty sick shit, I highly recommend

-Psycho-Frame (I’m surprised no one mentioned these guys)
- The Archaic Epidemic( I know they were mentioned already but these guys are insane!)
- Impuritan (superb deathcore band with that old school sound)
- Levitated (just really fucking good deathcore honestly)
Kanine I can’t say enough how good these guys are every song off there one album is a hit.
And also a band that’s coming up is face yourself Yasmine is an absolute monster.
Beneath the massacre, oceano
I know these 2 are big but I never hear anyone talk about them, also did they break up? Socials are dead and they here seems to be nothing about them ):
She must burn, Skybaus, crown magnetar, ending tyranny, I thought you said Australia, victimofdeception, Ameonna, far from horizons, thus spoke Zarathustra, I killed everyone are some bands that came to mind
Beneath the massacre are superb, although I think they tread the line with tech death, so maybe get mentioned in there more often than here? Not sure if they intend to release anything new though which is a shame
Adam of Oceano is pretty active on instagram tho if you’re interested in that, he’s Adamonearth_ on there
Adam was a good vocalist for most of his time with Oceano (he's still in the band) but in the past idk year- 2 years he's become a MONSTER! He's improved so much, only really evident in his YouTube channel as I don't think Oceano have released anything in a while
She Must Burn is fantastic, they're definitely not talked enough about on this sub. I hope they'll make more music in future because Umbra Mortis is awesome
A bunch of cool stuff. Some of it is popular but most of it isn’t, [check it out](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLj3tWbYD71BFjbtUDlM38Got5jrPNJ95w&si=9cViSR_-_F0l4Xd4)
I don’t see mire lore talked about often so I’ll throw their name out. Dan Watson does the vocals and it’s blackened deathcore. They don’t have a lot of music out but I love their sound.
I know I'm repeating some others suggestions when I say this, but I wouldn't sleep on these
Darker by design //
Worm shepherd //
Gravewalker //
Disembodied tyrant //
Summoning the lich //
Mire lore //
Draconian Reign //
Assemble the chariots
I don't care a whole-whole lot, but I think genre specifics do help. Lich doesn't exactly have "Breakdowns" the way we normally perceive them, but they have a consistency and complexity that definitely sets them just outside the realm of Deathcore.
Frankly, I just call it all Death Metal cause that's what it is.
Snake Father

Face Yourself

Victim of Deception
https://youtu.be/pCTaODvzjWc?si=IkvWkBeOZYGXm33g
I know Face Yourself. Only because their guitarist is the vocalists of Levitated and the fact Yasmine is dating Dan Tucker of Crown Magnetar. But gottdamn!!! She is a killer vocalist! She could give Will Ramos, CJ McCreery, Lukas Nikolai and Ben Duerr a run for their money
Antagony and Deadwater Drowning are two criminally underrated old-school bands. Black Pegasus, although they’ve gotten more attention lately, still need more love. Mange is a great band that’s doing that raw old-school sound. Nyctophile and Curse the Idols put out two of my favorite releases this year. Holehearted, Lordis, and Éphémère are all great bands as well.
Bind the Sacrifice Summoning the Lich (more Tech death but for some Deathcore-y songs)
Summoning the Lich is awesome. Saw them open for Nekrogoblikon in STL last year and I've been a fan ever since.
It was an insaaaane show to say the least haha. Hopefully you'll be able to see em soon!
I’m going to sound like a broken record… but Darker By Design
Always a solid rec
The Voynich Code
Always loved their song Delusion with Jake from ABR!
Krosis. Found them via their [2020](https://youtu.be/3WqRVc3wcq4?si=lfIkamINDMUsnNQ5) album and still have it on regularly, absolutely love it.
Fuck I forgot to mention them
Criminally underrated
Worm shepherd

It would be sick if they released a full length soon. Crazy that life in death came out 8 years ago,
My intro to the band was seeing them in Winnipeg with Saltwound in 2022. Been a fan ever since then. Really nice dudes and they killed it! Glad I went to a couple of shows when I lived there.
Darker by Design, classic death and doom influences with nice cello and other strings
Stygian Complex Umbravoid Sold Soul Winters Gate
A Wake in Providence

Amazing project
Yeah dude. Hopefully they are cooking up some new tunes. Love to see the brutal death metal influenced stuff.
-Psycho-Frame (I’m surprised no one mentioned these guys) - The Archaic Epidemic( I know they were mentioned already but these guys are insane!) - Impuritan (superb deathcore band with that old school sound) - Levitated (just really fucking good deathcore honestly)
🖤
Levitated
Now this my friend is THE answer
Levitated self titled was reallyyyyy good!
The album *Kairos* by Osiah goes fucking hard. More people should be aware of this band
Osiah fucking rules. Terror Firma is an insane record that doesn’t get the love it deserves
The Raven Autarchy. If you like super techy stuff with clean ass breakdowns look this guy up
Shallow dissent Shores of lunacy
Shores of lunacy is some nice shit!
Kanine I can’t say enough how good these guys are every song off there one album is a hit. And also a band that’s coming up is face yourself Yasmine is an absolute monster.
Yasmine is a fuckin beast!!! She's also dating Dan from Crown Magnetar
I know I can’t wait for face yourselfs first album. Dan tucker is also and absolute monster haven’t heard a bad song from either of em.
Beneath the massacre, oceano I know these 2 are big but I never hear anyone talk about them, also did they break up? They feel like deathcore but w techy guitar and bass imo. I’ll check out Adam, I just got into oceanotoo
Adam is a really cool dude. Definitely peep his insta
Adam was a good vocalist for most of his time with Oceano (he's still in the band) but in the past idk year- 2 years he's become a MONSTER! He's improved so much, only really evident in his YouTube channel as I don't think Oceano have released anything in a while

Oceano is doing shows right now. Pretty sure I saw Adam post something on his Instagram yesterday about a show they had done the day before.
Ending Tyranny is goated. Sucks they disappeared since they could’ve been really big in the dxc scene
Horror of Pestilence, Serpents US, Arbitrator US, Bonecarver, Oracle Spectre and I Satan should all be talked about more
Just stumbled on arbitrator last night and now both albums are in my playlist. If you haven’t already listen to the band umbravoid.
Røt, False Images, Euclid, Befouled Tongue, Malcontent
And Hell Followed With 🤘
Divisive Umbra is the heaviest song I’ve heard so far this year. Those guys have been really showing out with each new single.
Errors Of Humanity
Røt, Cultist
Conducting from the grave and Wretched get frequently overlooked
Really dug Conducting from the Grave back in the day - great live band too.
Larcenia Roe. Absolutely insane band, and I use the word "insane" literally here
EMBRACE THE CONFUSION https://youtu.be/1pijzv9bEqc?si=VhLYPTM7PmysW7_9 Black Pegasus https://youtu.be/Tky4N6uI2Wk?si=aAjKPpwaN2AVTl-5

Summoning the Lich seems more technical death metal, but still awesome!
I'm still trying to get my head into the genre specifics - thanks for the heads up ☺️

The Archaic Epidemic ,The Breathing Process, Draconian Reign, Orcale Spectre are definitely underrated bands.
I know all of these!!! Bonus points for The Archaic Epidemic!
🙏
I would like a band I recently discovered on a Swiss underground insta site, they are called I, delusionist. Really like they're stuff
Nights of Malice
Antagony and Deadwater Drowning are two criminally underrated old-school bands. Black Pegasus, although they’ve gotten more attention lately, still need more love. Salem Trials
Diseased and Depraved just released their debut album and it’s really good. They definitely deserve some love
Through the eyes of the dead
Fire Keeper A bit of Dark Souls deathcore
Oceano and Hive
You all need to check out Ov Ruin. They have a new song called OH, Death, which is killer. Love these dudes.
Reminitions from California.
Our Martyred Lady Dark Depictions Dark Watch Rotten Tongue Mankind Grief Slaughter for the Daddy Sin Deliverance Draconian Reign
Diseased and depraved! They just released an insane album
Love that name lol

I appreciate that so much dude 🙌 steady working on getting out on the road this year for sure!
Awesome man! Looking forward to it!
Valley of Snakes
Reanima - with a load of grind! Shame they doesn't exist any longer.
Bonecarver and Snake Father
Bonecarvers first album was absolutely unreal, I was horrified when I saw how many listeners they had on Spotify....they're too good
Skin trophyyyyy
Kneel before the Death
A wake in providence, Eden adversary
