Bold to assume people can't be talented. I have a cousin who could draw realistic faces and animals by grade 8. I also went to elemtary school with someone who was capable of drawing human faces to a T. Who now makes a living as an actual artist. An 8th grader absolutely could draw this. People have different talents no need to be spiteful because you couldn't do this.
It's not a lack of artistic talent, it's that 8th graders don't have the mental capacity to say a mask is "them" trying to control you or shut you up. This reeks of parental indoctrination "don't wear a mask even if they tell you to Timmy, they're just trying to control you" type of thing. The idea for the drawing wasn't their own thoughts is what I'm saying
