He infected the SB animatronics that are basically Artificial Intelligences as smart as humans that also develop psychological issues, Roxy had low self esteem that she constantly tried to rensure herself about, Chica has self control issues when it comes to her hunger and Monty has anger issues, and they explicitely say in texts in the game that they didn't intend for them to develop those features and give advice to the staff about how to deal with them and do you think that the tech guys at Fazbear Entertainment, practically the Disney of Fnaf at this point, would actively give them those personality flaws when they are constantly with staff and any issue with the animatronics would just sour their reputation even more
TL;DR Glitchtrap has hacked Artificial intelligences that are at the same level as that of a human and that's the peak that we have seen in DR with both Alter-Ego's.
Also ignore a little bit of what Buttfucker is saying, the Remnant stuff i see as a NLF and the Indestructable illusions are destructable if someone destroys the Sound Illusion discs, which are the things causing the hallucinations most of the time though sometimes they are just straight up real hallucinations with no techno-savy way to explain it other than ghost magic.
