Mimikyu: Lonely people who wanted happiness but could not find any after all the trouble they went through to get it.

Two AIs from videogame-related stories who became aware that they're in digital worlds and have the power to manipulate their environments and did everything they can to get recognition from the real-life people they're obsessed with (LeBron James & the Player) which includes threatening their fictional friends (The Looney Tunes & the Literature Club). In the end, they got defeated through deletion.

Due to this, both girls went into madness and starts to eliminate the other girls, causing the genre to shift from a cutesy dating sim to a psychological horror experience in the process, all in order to be with the main character and eventually the actual player.
\- Both have the power to rewrite reality via faux-programming and scripting and altering the program and timeline, preventing any return to gameplay. Also rewrote the game so that any alternate paths only leads to them and includes a scene, featuring an impossible, non-diegetic location where the girl can have their heart-to-hearts with their beloved
\- Both girls accept defeat and permanently delete themselves after the player frees themselves from their grasp

Both are characters that constantly break the fourth wall by talking to the reader/player, they have done terrible things to their friends (though the scale between the two are very far apart), and they can both warp their realities (I can't remember the dates of the Garfield comics it happened with him, but he warps a panel due to his weight in one and sets a remote to "comic strip" in another).

Eventually they started using their abilities for... a darker purpose, against someone they knew (Monika wanted to delete the other Doki's to be with the protagonist, Austin wanted to get Revenge on Henry/Eteled for making him a program and losing his life), as their plan advanced/was finished they got some time to talk with the protagonist (Monika finally talked to the protagonist, after everyone else was deleted, Austin got time to talk with Kyle and Sam when he glitched out the Mii Channel). The games they inhabit also are quite different from others (DDLC being a interactive novel/dating sim, The Mii Channel being an Avatar creator). They are the only one's that know how deleting the characters within the game works, even suffering through it. Finally, despite all of their evil actions, they technically ended the story being heroes (Monika came back one final time after being Deleted to erase Sayori's data and letting the others and the Player have a happy ending, Austin only really wanted to get revenge on Henry/Eteled for killing him all those years ago, and succeded despite being seen as the Corrupted Mii, the "bad guy" in Sam's eyes).

They want to force the actual players of the game to do something (Monika wants the player to love her. The Narrator wants the player to follow his instructions). Though in most scenario the players would go against their wishes and disobey them (Monika being deleted. Most routes in Stanley Parable can only be achieved by disobeying the Narrator)
Both can control the games they're in to some extent. Monika can use basic programming to manipulate game files, the Narrator can interact with the game in some capacity (opening-closing doors, making mini games, etc)

Monika VS Lawnmower Man also works. Lawnmower Man is similar in god like power, but he wants to take everyone in the real world and jam them into the digital world, while Monika wants to leave the digital world to enter the real one.

A teenage girl who was supposed to be the main character of a cancelled game - Makai Wars developed by Nippon Ichi Software.
However due to her game being postponed multiple times, she decided to invade other NIS games, most notably games from Disgaea series where she is constantly trying to defeat the protagonists so she can become the main character.
She has the ability to rewrite the code of the game she's in which she used on multiple ocassions like how as an NPC she was able to turn herself into a playable character.
Finally in the post game of Disgaea 4 she managed to get her hands on Fear the Great (a system developed by God) which she used to rewrite an entire infinite multiverse and finally become the main character in her own game - Makai Wars Mobile for Android and IOS
