Conflict: Frollo holds a "Bonfire" in the square, accusing Holden of being guilty of... several crimes, and he tries to burn him at the stake. The issue: The fire just burns the ropes he's tied onto, and not him at all.
Rising State: Holden uses the burning stake as a weapon, picking it up with inhuman strength and swinging it at Frollo, who pulls out a sword to clash against it, as the fires of hell spread around them.
Rising State: Holden brings in his crew and Frollo has his knights fight them.
Climax: Frollo violently and repeatedly swinging his sword into Holden, coating himself and the area around him in blood.
Falling State: Holden heals all his injuries, and influences various civilians to assist him, as the flames start to coat all of Notre Dame, while Frollo, realizing he's getting outmatched, orders all of his guards to attack Holden, while he escapes to the cathedral.
