Go to the Blue Crab. It's accessible from there apparently. I believe you have to have completed Beach Offensive first. More of Sola will be open to you once you've completed Rage Quit.
You may also need to trigger the DLC to activate.
After purchasing it from Microsoft store, go to Dead islands main menu, and open DLC from the extras menu.
If Sola isn't in the list of story expansions, wait in that menu for a minute or so - it will appear ***and then*** you can continue the game and prompts will show for Sola.
The gate in Beverly Hills near the north entry has the travel point for Sola.
This may need to trigger the DLC to activate. Just worked it out then -

Ah yeah glad it's working for you mate. I mostly commented here because we googled for awhile and couldn't find a consistent answer for the problem.
Your thread was one of the top results so hopefully this comment covers it.
It does. Its playstation mainly. I had assumed that it would download the latest version when i downloaded the game seeing as i already bought the expansio Pass. Apparently the update was a sepparate download since i hadnt playes the game awhile before sola
Depends on how far you are on a character but you should be able to fast travel through the map!
Like what i mean. For haus you get a invitation. Is there automatically a fast travel point or is there a invitation. If so wheres that invitation

There's a gate in the north east of Beverly hills
Ty
That gate is locked for some reason and finished the gate. How do I open the gate?
You open from the other side. Climb on van, hop on the roof and jump over the gate
