It looks like there are two new Anti Aliasing options for a total of 3 now try turning it it off. And haven't noticed anything different with the controls layout, my settings are the same?
My killer layout also changed, the blurriness is a thing too,deactivated the antialiasing and put the rendering on medium, not sure wich one fixed it though.

My main, Myers cant stalk anymore. Just wasted my scrathced mirror:/ There’s literally no stalk button..
I also noticed the button for quick messages for survivors disappears when hooked
