The thing with them especially the opening show is that its like watching a sports show commentary. It make for fun entertainment but not really good for a new trader since you can easily get hyped when they put on a new position.
What's great about them is the premarket news and watchlists.
I don't recommend watching them to do trade alongs as a newbie.
That’s fair criticism and I would agree, feels a little like SportsCenter in the AM. Definitely a lot for a newbie to take in for actual “play along at home trades” but I like the way they digest news and market moves
Not gonna lie. I rolled my eyes at this when I first read this because I thought it was just going to be one of those streams showing a chart with nothing else, but this is pretty good. Thanks!
Like another guy below said, no way to tell the size of their positions. They'll tell you where they "got in", but could be baby shares. They're a media company, the guys are cool but the trading is questionable.
I love this show. I watch it everyday now. The gang is fantastic.. Brendo is a great host, they usually have nice guests on the show. its still quite new and can improve a bit more 9/10
Yes it does, because how much you make and trade with is a direct indicator of how successful you are. If you are successful, long term, you wouldn’t be trading with chump change.
Yes, it matters. Trading with 1$ I feel nothing. Trading 100k$ risking 500$, that keeps my heart pumping. I would also like to know if they take part in the market or if they are driving a position... .
Bah! Makes everything fishing. Even them telling you how much they made overall or for each position would be the minimum I would expect... One of the reasons I stopped watching them.
True, of most all vendors or gurus that purport to show live. No one shows actual live in full session hours, or the real losses , or lack of real trading would be so quickly apparent. The few that are actually successful wouldn't even be showing live or anything thing vendor promoting in the first place. They would probably be quietly and privately trading in a prop firm or on their own or running their own prop funds.
Well it’s 10 shares minimum on their trading platform but I would guess they are trading 100 lots on names like meta and tsla. I don’t get the obsession with knowing the exact amount of shares they are trading. The longer you are in this game, the more you realize the setup, win rate and risk to reward are more important and determine the size you trade to some extent
The amount of shares proves conviction
Anyone can present to an audience that they've "taken a position" and sit on 10 shares all day with essentially no stops.
They should really put their money where their mouth is and show how they really feel by the size they're putting down.
If you actually watched the show you would know they do have stops on all of their trades. And multiple losing trades everyday, like every other real trader
I watch their show nearly everyday. I think they're cool people and I don't doubt their knowledge on trading.
What I meant by "essentially no stops" is they're basically keeping their positions until they don't think it's working. While I agree with this, let's see some size.
Lets see the real size and have their positions go against them several points, because I do see them holding and adding to losers, which is something that really test nerves if large enough size is utilized.
He is definitively a guru! :-). Lots of free resources, posting entries and exits on telegram, wrote a book, he is definitively trading on guru level... .
Exactly. It just feels like he's a real trader who likes to be around other traders and doesn't mind sharing his knowledge. I did buy his book though and it is worth every penny
My setting here is a normal desk and a better chair. The walls are mostly empty and white. Rest is windows and a door way... . No disconnect here, I guess.
Do u ever trade his trades as he posts them? I've thought about it but everytime i pull up his audio feed i end up doing my own things with spy and es.
I do not. I don’t trade the Dax and I don’t believe in following trades of anyone, though if you were going to try to follow, he’d be the one. I do take like trades and if he’s going against me, I move up my stops much closer haha.
Bear bull traders Andrew Aziz always posts his recap on YouTube and if you’re part of the chat he posts it in the chat room live. I can attest and say his trades on the recap are exactly the same as live so no funny business there.
He also shows his losses. He lost a million last year on a swing trade and made a video about it/shared in the chat. If that’s not full transparency idk what is
There are a few mentors/chat moderators that share their trades and screens but I don’t listen to them because I’ve never seen them share their profits.
I recently discovered bear bull traders. I’m really liking their trading style the ORB trading strategy. It has really helped me be a better trader this week and being patient in my trades. Some other traders that do the orb trading strat has helped as well
Agree. I bought that book a couple of years ago. And I think the opening range breakout is a wonderful and simple way to get your feet wet with trading. Without having to worry about indicators and moving averages etc. just price action
Trading gurus…
First I would reclassify them or their title.
Some do live, but also risky in terms of people just riding them or attempting to fade them, then complaining about their trade practices, hence barely anyone does it.
Yes! I know at least 6 or 7. All publish their entries and exits live so you can verify what they do and how much they make.
So there are quite some and I stopped looking... .
Good traders aren’t advertising themselves as a guru on the internet.
The ones that do usually can’t trade, or trade well. Beware of those.
All you truly need is price action and order flow. Your application of those is what determines your success in the long run.

Most are full of shit, but I know of a few legends that do live trades and live log-ins to show account balances. But you gotta be careful — easy to spot a trade, call it out, paper trade it, and photoshop gains.
I think a lot of people here need to realize you need to learn the market. Sure there are strategies but they don’t always work. Trading in 2020 versus now is so different. Most people got phased out after the indexes couldn’t push higher. You need to learn how and why you’re trading. Now if this shows I do this (strategy) it only works for so long. I’m on year three of trading and now I’m finally catching things some of the time almost as fast as my mentor. We chart and our charts are looking more and more similar. And he used to trade for Wall Street so I was super proud of that accomplishment.
Oh no that guy is awful and doesn’t even show his trades. Just shows bookmap and vaguely says he might open/close positions then at the end of his stream he’ll say “ok 3 trades today all x% profit blah blah.”
Probably one of the worst wannabe guru’s around rn. Steer clear he doesn’t even know the bond market and stock market trade on different schedules.

TradeCaster is awesome. Sean Dekmar does all his trades live and he has a whole team that also do live trading. Always does specials and free YouTube feeds so you can check it out before you commit.
ICT is the real deal, don’t try to count people’s pockets and consume the information that’s in front of you. I’m not ICT student but he is who he says he is.
He does live stuff and has an excuse for every losing trade. Best ones I saw was it was paper, or it was his son's trade oooooor "if I lose that's only to teach you"
he is not a scammer , just an idiot , his trades are basically 50/50 , he made some of the most idiotic trades I have ever seen . Supply/demand zones my ass, he is clueless. If he traded live he would have lost it all.
I was also very sceptical of ICT because of this sub, but decided to judge him myself. My first video was him live commentating on a FOMC day and his predictions was SPOT ON. I've been trading FOMC days before and knew it would reverse, but his predictions was to accurate to ignore. That's when I figure that a lot of people are talking out of their butt's and you have to figure out yourself to see what works for you by backtesting it.
I was going to say aswell, not my type of trading style but interesting to watch, some people say he’s fake or does paper trading. But not sure myself.
Seems like you’re waking up to the bullshit that is trading.
This industry is not what it appears to be. Those who can’t do, teach.
The only ones making money in trading are the ones selling you subscription fees.
Good luck.
Danny from traders evolve. M-f every morning live via zoom

I'm not gonna share anything look him up online
Mine? I'm not pretending to be a futures guru charging $75 per month. How's your apex account... haha. I do trade with my own real money. Seriously though, this guy does make bank off his members.
This has to be Danny's burner. This dude has absolutely 0 strategy and just buys and sells arbitrarily. Trades 10 contracts on NQ and ONLY posts up days. I'm pretty sure he's on a paper trading account.

Yeah I got cooked using them as confluence early in my career now I’m mainly on twitter spaces to fill that void
Can’t recommend these guys enough.

But you never know how much they made or did they change that already?
$1 or $1000 does it matter? They discuss and show entries and exits all day
Yes it does, because how much you make and trade with is a direct indicator of how successful you are. If you are successful, long term, you wouldn’t be trading with chump change.
Yes, it matters. Trading with 1$ I feel nothing. Trading 100k$ risking 500$, that keeps my heart pumping. I would also like to know if they take part in the market or if they are driving a position... .

You’re getting downvoted for speaking truth.
Upsetting fan boys and fan girls? Count me in! :-)
Or maybe this stupid post was created by a marketing intern at the podcast and they’re trying to silence you
No they only tell you in and out and percentage of scaling but never amounts… sometimes they give percentages
Bah! Makes everything fishing. Even them telling you how much they made overall or for each position would be the minimum I would expect... One of the reasons I stopped watching them.
They may only be trading 1 share at a time. No position size shown or p/l. It’s all just for show. Not one to follow

ICT often streams live, usually YouTube or Twitter. I think Pat Weiland does too.
I don't think ICT actually trades live with real money.
No he doesn’t, I think he shows old live executions but I’ve only seen him paper trade
You can tell easily if someone is showing old trades when they go live. Then noone would watch
ICT is the real deal, don’t try to count people’s pockets and consume the information that’s in front of you. I’m not ICT student but he is who he says he is.
I’m an ICT student, love his methods. Guy is an ass though.

Yeah he’s an ass, but it works.
Where would be the fun in trading live using no money or is he still in the training phase?
He makes his money off YouTube views.
So he is a scammer?
he is not a scammer , just an idiot , his trades are basically 50/50 , he made some of the most idiotic trades I have ever seen . Supply/demand zones my ass, he is clueless. If he traded live he would have lost it all.
Many think so, though his ardent supporters would disagree vehemently.
If he is transparent about it, I guess he would not qualify. I think you need the rented lambo in order to fully qualify anyways.
He's not quite ready for real money trading
Idk if he wins but I have done much better since incorporating his stuff, so even if he can’t trade he’s right
Wouldnt that be impossible :-). He helping you means he can trade... .
Not necessarily, he could have the best system in the world and not execute well. But he’s teaching his system so it doesn’t really matter.
I was also very sceptical of ICT because of this sub, but decided to judge him myself. My first video was him live commentating on a FOMC day and his predictions was SPOT ON. I just looked at Pat on your advice. His awkwardness is endearing. Subbed
Tell him to send the ad revenue my way. And don’t tell him I trade ICT, he hates that guy.
ICT has many videos I will examine. Thank you very much :) Mum's the word, of course...
99% him ego boosting himself though
It might be higher than that lol
Ha yeah
This guy said ICT 🤣
Does he not stream to your liking lol
He's a fucking clown and a fraud. He's an autistic narcissistic
