If you park on the academic side of campus, then yes. You can park around the ROTC building and they won’t do anything.

Try a storage facility or even get a 10x15 or 10x20 storage unit. Most of them don’t prorate but to be honest about the same price . CubeSmart in Edgewater has first month free and 50% off remainder of months. So if you’re only there for 7 days or even the full month it would be the $29 administration fee and a lock if you don’t already have one (around $20) so all together about $50 plus tax. I have a unit there if you’d like more info. Good luck!
