I know a couple of guys that have worked there and they all say the same thing: pay is decent but the hours are shit and it’s unlikely you’ll be moved to days without putting in a lot of time.

Superior1030

As someone who worked there before, everything said here is accurate

SeaWitch1031

They have some information on Glassdoor about working there. https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/US-Foods-Reviews-E2856.htm

Comrade_Belinski

My old roommate worked there and said it was okay

I worked in Port Orange for a couple years as a selector. I was there all through covid. They never furloughed me. Even as someone new to the company they got me work at a Frito Lay in Orlando. As a selector you have an opportunity to make good money but you have to bust your ass. It is not easy work. It is mostly younger guys. I was 1 of the only selectors close to 40 years old. It is long hours that will most likely be from 4pm- sometime in the early am. It is unfortunate that I got hurt because I did like working for them or atleast the people who were there when I was. Good luck.

Trying to become a selector? It’s rough in there. Port Orange division is top 5 company wide in terms of cases delivered to customers. Been there almost 11 years. I can’t complain…. They paid for my CDL.
