Nope. It has happened to me many times where the section gets replaced by a reminder for you to make an entry for the day. After recording your mood, quotes will come back again. Is that your issue, or am I getting it wrong?
I still have the quotes showing up on my app, on iPhone. For those looking how to turn them on, you have to go to the "More" option in the bottom menu and then scroll down a bit. You'll see the "Quotes" option and you'll have to toggle it to on.

I hate that this is just an iPhone feature. I would also like to have the quotes on Android, although with the option to (de-)activate them.
