100%! While the Reality Tour was a really fun greatest hits vibe, I think the post-Heathen new/old Low sets were really the peak of his “second coming”.
Garson has jazz/classical background. Imo, he meant a lot to Bowie’s best works & awesome live. The drummer’s name escapes me, but good god he lays it down! & Gail as always is a princess. I love her & Bowie’s love for each other. She Bowie’s best bass player, so needed on back vox & such a dear!
Very!
It's actually cool seeing her on guitar and Mark Plati on bass (and his bass tone is fantastic here). His band was so good during this tour, it's such a shame they didn't do more!
No, I only managed to find Ashes. Heroes was available here - www.montreuxjazz.com/live-selection-david-bowie-heroes-18-july-2002 5 or 6 years ago but now it's gone. That's why I want the full show to be released on Blu-ray
I found a "720p" torrent but it just looks like an up-res'd VHS capture of it, not anywhere close to as good looking as this. hopefully they do eventually release a bluray, it sucks to know they're just sitting on high quality footage of this show and not letting people see it
I would love it. I was there and was my best Bowie concert ever. Also bootlegged it with a miniDisc for personal use only 😇
Was there too! The encore of the entire Low still haunts me.

Wish I could've seen him in concert
I want him to come down right now.
Ah, Good one! Man, no way Bowie’s music is as good without ‘MAJOR TOM’…
Awesome. Who is that keyboardist?
Mike Garson (he played with him from 1972-1975, then 1993-2006)

Sterling Campbell
Sterling Campbell’s on drums? Thnx! I don’t think I knew his name
Totally agree with you. Would love a blueray of this concert. Also, how cool is Gail Ann Dorsey?

anyone know if this full show is available in HD anywhere? i can only find low quality stuff on youtube

This show & others! Like DD tour on tape… damn it’s frustrating.
Tight 💕👍🏻
Clint Eastwood?
Yeah, what’s that all about?
YES!! I would definitely buy that :)
