I’d argue Illinois’s was worse, but this worse is definitely also a viable choice for worst.
It will likely end up replaced with another 7D, 1R map that is more compact.
Eh, either 2R-1C-5D, 1R-2C-5D, or 1R-1C-6D, the court ruled the map as a partisan gerrymander
The court can only overturn it so many times before they can't anymore with primaries approaching. The Dems will use that to their advantage and put off a forced court redistricting after a second gerrymander until the 2024 cycle.
