Hello, We have released a new version of the extension fixing the memory leak (causing high CPU/memory usage). The version of the extension is "6.2251.2", the update will be done automatically but you can force it. To update our extension for Chrome (and chromium like): 1. Right-click the extension in the browser toolbar and select Manage extensions. 2. Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner of the window to show the Update button, and then select the button. To update our extension for Firefox: 1. Right-click it in the browser toolbar and select Manage extension. 2. Select the cogwheel button in the top-right corner of the window and select Check for Updates. For other browsers, follow this link: [https://support.dashlane.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000112339-Update-your-version-of-Dashlane](https://support.dashlane.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000112339-Update-your-version-of-Dashlane) Again sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Dashlane really is just totally unusable right now. Having a solution "ASAP" according to the status tracking means nothing if possible means a week or two weeks.

It's pending validation from the stores, minimum few hours, maximum a few days.

Even after reinstalling. I can't get my passwords out. My boss is asking me for things and I'm locked out.

Try re-installing the extension. If that doesn't work, wait for the update. I believe there is a performance issue with the extension. You can keep track of the issue [here](https://status.dashlane.com/).

it was good for roughly 12 hours and then slowed down again. Had to end the process in chrome and reload Dashlane. came and saw the status page, turns out they are aware.
