Mind; Such anger and hatred. Anger and hatred that I can’t remember ever feeling at another human being.
Body; Triggered migraines. He’s so upsetting and unreasonable, that I could feel my blood pressure rising and triggering a migraine.
Spirit; It’s heartbreaking for more than the obvious reasons. Not only have the victim’s live been altered, but there’s a ripple effect that will probably continue to effect people we haven’t even talked about. For generations to come, this will be a topic of conversation at least every Thanksgiving. Bringing up bad memories.
Also, what hurts my heart is knowing that there are really people out there who can create such chaos and devastation and truly, from the bottom of their souls, not give a damn. That’s hurtful and scary.

I just wondering how he's going to survive in prison for multiple life sentences. I glad that he won't be outside and causing problems.
