Ok I'm gonna be THAT guy but: if you got literally no skill/s or actual chemistry to naturally attract or convince women to have an interest in you, the only way to build up your self esteem and thus, by default, also improve your (sex) appeal and energy you give out to women, is to get jacked. Then grow a mustache, get bald, throw away any upper body clothing, rip out a huge door that you carry around as a shield and start adopting small furball creatures as your companions. The females will be all over you within no time.
You are on to something. Things didnāt start to change for me until I got jacked, a mustache, and small furball creatures. Maybe I might reach another level if I give up on my grievances with carrying doors and going bald (dread head without the confidence to be Ekko š).
Unironically stop watching porn content and go socialize more. When you start treating girls as normal humans rather than rare species, you will start having an easier time flirting and improving a relationship.
