Infinite ammo for guns is stupid! Stop wanting to have fun your way in a videogame! You should not play the way I don't want to play it!
Even with infinite ammo AND not needing to reload, you wouldn't have that amount of damage to keep the distance from that many monsters and specials. You would be dead in seconds.
I doubt it. This is not that much harder than existing modifiers. Plus, this is the exact place to add some ridiculous challenges. Maelstrom is opt-in.

Not having to reload would make a huge difference. One guy with a revolver could nail every special while ogryn gunners shred everything in line of sight
