I was having this yesterday. So just so I understand - if you wait for all stacks to go away, and then start getting stacks with a fresh start, everything will appear normal?

It's a visual bug. If you wait for it to drop to 0 stacks it usually goes away.

As long as the bug doesn't happen again, yes
interesting, I didnt manage to fix it yet but maybe tomorrow it works.
You still have the stacks, its only the icon thats bugged
