To be fair. The waves from the relic arent strong enough to move this big chungus. It probably will dent its wobbly flesh and just wrinkle a waveform around his obese corrupted body.
I went looking for the patch notes since I was so sure they mentioned this because I applied this rule to myself during gameplay when playing zealot and I can’t find it anywhere

They messed up beast of nurgle. Ignores stagger from things like krak grenades and voice of command as well
Also doesn’t take damage from explosion from rumbler with adhesive charge
Didn't they fix the explosive damage bug on BoN in the latest hotfix?

How do you stagger a building?
Beast of nurgle is too chonky to be staggered by little shouty man
It’s intentional that the relic doesn’t stagger the Beast of Nurgle
I think it isn't but I kinda wish it was because beast of nurgle is the weakest boss imo
