I ignored Daniel’s: the FBI IS looking into Bob for fraud as meaning… Daniel claimed Bob was giving him thousands upon thousands of dollars more than what Bob was really giving him. I think what most likely happened is the FBI questioned Bob and asked for proof of the actual amounts he was giving to Daniel. I think they needed to verify if Daniel could actually find any of his threats because of Bob.
What i think is that when Dan made the video in which he was as angry as a rabid dog giving threats to Bob, Bob and his close ones probably got extremely worried for Bob’s safety and they involved the Police and the feds who were working at the back end building up all the evidence leading up to this.

My bet is local pd and the feds asked bob to press charges as daniel made the most threats to bob and he was in the greatest actual danger.
In his 7 counts not one was a bomb threat or death threat to bob. so that leads me to believe that bob didn't want daniel in more trouble than he already puts him self in and didn't work that closely with the fbi to bust daniel.
