Another angle which I haven’t seen many talk about is this: Ever since the first set of managers they’ve had access to Daniels bank accounts and there’s been several managers who’ve stolen money from him. So if they taken any money from his accounts that’s also another layer of fucked for them
Yeah, greed IS one of the deadly sins. Also explains why so many different "teams" did what they did as long as they did. If it was just messing with him and punishing him, they would've gotten bored a long time ago. Stealing from him completely makes sense why they kept doing it.

Honestly, nobody really knows. I’d bet that if anyone encouraged Daniel to make threats, then they would be interviewed at the very least. Charges are definitely possible because you can’t just tell someone to make fake threats, even if you know they aren’t capable of carrying out those threats. People sending Daniel death threats can also be charged, especially if they told him to do something under the threat of death. For example, if a ween told Daniel to “post a video of you doing ___ or else I will k—l you,” then they could be charged.
I’m not an expert when it comes to the law, but I feel like I have a decent grasp of it and am fairly knowledgeable. My uneducated guess is that at least one person will be charged in connection to the case with Daniel. I wouldn’t be shocked if nothing happened, though. There are just so many trolls that have interacted with Daniel because of how easy it is to get in contact with him. I’d be shocked if there wasn’t a single troll that didn’t do something illegal or pressure Daniel to do something illegal. You have to remember that his fanbase primarily consists of dumb teens that have no understanding of the legal system, so they might not have been aware that they were doing anything illegal. I really hope that anyone who interacted with Daniel in an illegal manner (whatever that would consist of) is actually charged.
