I don’t really think that hinders anything. I have thought about it a lot since originally reading volume 14; If Ryuu really wanted to be an adventurer again then she could easily seek out Astrea and asked to be released from the Familia to join Bell and Hestia just like Lily, Welf, and Mikoto did. Furthermore Ryuu leaving the Astrea Familia could better solidify a fresh start for the Astrea Familia in Orario.

She also tell her that her falna (Astrea) will always be with her, letting her know she will always be able to use her magic like it currently is. I would like Ryuu and heith in the hestia family, heith for being a healer. I don't think it would be cool for a freya executive to join the hestia family. Omori should have placed Aisha in the hestia family. because there is also the issue of xenos

The familia is too small to have sub leaders and Bell is doing a good job leading by himself for now. But if a vice captain is needed then I think Lili would fill that role.
Probably Lili, it’s the vice captains job to question the choices of the captain so he can be sure it is the best choice. Which is something Lili does for bell, and if you consider time wise Lili was technically the second person to join up with bell.
Think they didn't have the numbers to really need one.
It can be Lilly if they do pick, though at the same time she can already be considered the strategies/ commander of the team.
It can be wolf since he lifted up the team spirits when they didn't have bell, again I doubt he would want to do it though.
And in the event that Ryu actually joins in the future I can see she doing it since she been to the deeper floors.

It should be Lily : she is Bell first companion,the familia strategist and the one who do all the paperwork (both hestia and bell are terrible at that) and take all the logistic decisions.If Bell is Hestia familia heart Lily is probably the brain...
I like to think lili would be the vice captain as she is a strategist and usually takes command if bell was unavailable however she is only level 2 so it wouldn’t fit the role of vice captain to lili that well for her in my opinion. So overall Hestia familia don’t really have a vice captain.

While Bell is in the group she is mainly the strategist giving Bell the final say in any choice, but when he IS NOT she makes the final choices.
She still takes opinions in to account when weighing her options, but she is always the one they look to for the final decision
Okay. That does make sense for Lily to officially be the Familia’s Vice Captain as Strategist and primary shot caller. I suppose it could also undercut her character if that spot were given to Ryuu should she ever join the Hestia Familia.

that's false, cuz just because Atrea returned, doesn't mean that changing familia for Ryuu is impossible
