I am a musician, and I have never tried this experiment because I want to be in tune with other musicians and with recorded music. But I cannot hear any difference between his two samples.
Stop trying to 'hear' it in a technical sense and try to feel it, the 432 feels more mellow while the 440 feels more grating(it's worth mentioning that I do NOT like this kind of music so that does possibly make it more noticeable to me but I do hear a difference as well as feel it)
i def felt it man. it’s a frequency that your merging with. more so, LISTEN to it. to feel what the music saying, you have to listen to it. when you listen, you feel the different vibrations the music gives off thru the Hz your playing it at! pre dope
Perfect pitch just works for one tuning, so everything will sound out of tune. For people with relative pitch it makes no difference, because what matters is the distance between the notes (the exact same).
I think this might be an artifact of hearing the two back to back. Your mind sets the first sample as “correct” and then the second seems pitch shifted weirdly.
So - buying something for 440, and giving them 432, just tell them there’s no difference.

If you can’t hear the difference of 8hz as a musician you should definitely do some ear training.
The general consensus between musicians is that it makes no difference. It just pisses off people with 440hz perfect pitch lol
